It was a great place to stay and yes I would recommend it to anybody. But only one problem they did not have enough handicap parking. And I was a little concerned about one thing else the staff they're just way too friendly. 😂

I like everything about the place and the best thing is it's in a very good location surrounded by restaurants. And the best thing is there's a microbrewery in walking distance that sells Pizza.

Location was perfect. Breakfast every morning was great. The staff was super friendly.

The fire alarm went off at 1am Sunday morning and when I went to the front desk to see if it was a test or actual fire i was told everything was fine just an issue in the kitchen but the alarm continued to go off for another 5-10 minutes.

Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices! Fresh fruit, juice, and bottled cold water. First time having warm grits with shredded cheese on the side, nice! Lots of hot choice waffles chocolate and regular, bagels, whole wheat bread and yogurt and much more.. This was probably the best buffet breakfast ever!

It would have been nice to have a hot tub near the pool or in the room but Florida is kind of like a hot tub any way.

It was great. The Staff was pleasant and seek to reach my needs. The Host at the Front Desk was very kind and seek to give additional information to meet my need when I was about to leave she informed me that Shuttle Service was available to get me to the Cruise Line. She even took the time to call and make sure that my needs were met.

The Front Desk Staff especially the Lady who checked me out on Thursday she was awesome .She needs a trophy. She was so nice to me.and show so much care towards me as a guest

The staff was outstanding. They were friendly and willing to help. We were greeted by every staff member, even if they were just walking by. The hotel was exceptionally clean. I was highly impressed. I do not think I've been to a better hotel.

The pillows were too soft.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was awesome. The staff from the dining run to the ladies that cleans the room was very professional and pleasant. The food was awesome and the fact that the breakfast change gave an extra plus. When I visit Jacksonville again I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites. Thank you again!

The only thing I didn't like was that the water when you take a shower doesn't drain out. The water drains out slowly.

They canceled my room the day of stay and tried to rebook me for a higher price. The manager that was on duty when I checked in said he can do that if he wants. they need the 2 bed room for a baseball team that was there

Excellent property, very clean, good breakfast, great staff, especially Tamara at the lobby was very welcoming and helpful, excellent customer service. The value for the money was also great.

All was great, no complaints.

The staff was amazing. We were there because we had to evacuate our home in Tampa because of hurricane Milton. The entire staff could not have been more helpful. They were all extremely kind to my family during a very stressful time.

Very nice staff…spoke with Michael when he checked me in we shared a birthday so we talked about that and he was very nice, check out lady was very nice as well did not catch her name. room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was very good…the list can go on!
