I was a little skeptical booking a hotel in Jacksonville due to a past experience with a different hotel on a different side of town that felt very unsafe. Upon arriving I found that this hotel was in a very nice area and I had no safety concerns for my family at all! The room was very nice and clean! The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were all very kind!

Location. Easy drive to stores, restaurants, beaches. Nice decoration, game tables, pool, and terrace. The steam iron rocks! Hot water is good. Shampoo and conditioning are amazing. Clean. The cleaning crew is great.

Accepting dogs, but if this is part of the policy, installing hardwood floors would be more practical and hygienic. The bedding is clean, which is appreciated, but the mattresses and pillows could benefit from odor-neutralizing treatments. Additionally, pillows should be optional—an excessive number is impractical, as guests often end up placing them on the floor, which is unhygienic. On that note, the recommendation to "leave towels on the floor" and the shower towel are also highly unsanitary. A more sanitary and considerate option would be to recommend placing used towels on the bathroom sink. People wear flip-flop shoes everywhere. Flip-flop shoes are for bathing, so not shower towel is needed. But, a towel hanger inside the shower is needed.

Sharp looking hotel in a great location. Room was exceptional. Very nice decor, and I loved the shower! Loved the outdoor seating at night. While I didn't go in the pool, it looked beautiful, as did the area around the pool. The place had a very nice workout area as well! All in all, very nice place to stay with a great location! I would definitely recommend this restaurant that is in walking distance called 111 Forks! It's the best steak and seafood restaurant I think I have ever been to!!! It's pricey, but worth every penny! Trust me!!!

No ice machine, even though they had ice buckets in the rooms. You have to buy ice if you want it! To me, that's petty! They did have a single bottle of water in the room, anything else you needed was pay as you go!

The location was great. The beach and restaurants are a short drive from this location. Every hotel employee I encountered was positive and helpful. I got honest recommendations on area restaurants. This is the first Aloft property I stayed in. I will definitely stay at another one. A pet friendly hotel that does not smell like pets.

I emptied my own trash, which I am not above doing. I take my trash out at home as well. The hotel was packed, and the one staff member on my floor helped me and provided clean towels. There was some confusion on linen service for my room, and we never received clean linens. We are not messy travelers, so this was not a deal breaker. The staff worked hard to accommodate everyone. They missed our room. I still recommend this location to anyone visiting Jacksonville.

Great location, comfortable beds and an AMAZING SHOWER! Temperature was nice and hot. Rooms were so comfy and relaxing. I was able to bring my pet free of charge and they gave him a little treat at check in!

Mini fridge could be a little bigger and please add microwaves to the room. It’s kind of inconvenient to have to go to the lobby to heat up food.

As soon as you walk in the hotel you feel at peace and the smell when you walk through the doors is so refreshing. The room was amazing! I felt so special when I turned the TV on and it said "Good Afternoon, Ashley". The shower was so nice and the beds were so comfortable. The person at the front desk when checking in was really helpful and I will definitely be going back to this hotel when I go to Jacksonville!

Overall, a very nice place. Stayed one night so didn't get to experience everything the hotel could have offered. The front desk provided me info for a driver to see a concert which was awesome. Had for the night and prices and reliability was excellent. Thank you!

The master light in the room had to be on to turn the bathroom on which the lights above the bed came on. My wife didn't appreciate that since she was sleeping.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We prefer a nice area for breakfast. They do serve breakfast however there are no tables. We decide to not have breakfast at the location. The design of the hotel is cute but not really our style. It is more for a younger demographic.
