The employees were extremely professional/ friendly courteous. Elisa and Brain in the breakfast/cafeteria area very pleasant with a smile in the faces and made us feel very welcomed. Claudia at the front desk very informative pleasant friendly, answered all our questions about the incidental fees. The gentlemen that check us in very nice and welcomed us warmly (forgot his name). The two cleaning ladies in the hallway did not catch their name but went far and beyond their hospitality.

Their is definitly room for improvement when it comes to the breakfast selection. The selection as it is now is not considered a breakfast but more like a snack. Many times one is willing to pay extra in the room because it includes breakfast, really should be able to provide a full complete breakfast for the amount one is paying.

It is a beautiful place. Very clean and modern. Rooms well well done I liked the room layout. With the bed facing the window. Lots of plug ins for phone tablets etc. Very comfortable room. I will definitely stay there again.

Only one elevator was working at the time I was there and it was taking longer than usual. But overall didn’t detract from the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located. The hotel is very nice. The rooms were clean. The banks were comfortable.The staff was extremely friendly. I ended up here after making the mistake of booking another room that was a complete and total scam. And so it was a last minute decision, the staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant, and we really appreciate it

Nice, clean, and comfortable. I had surgery and the staff was very accommodating. They made sure I was comfortable afterwards and brought my food to my room from the Bistro because I couldn’t walk. This is my second time staying do to having surgery.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Front desk personnel in the evenings and overnight was outstanding. I don’t have their names but they did everything they can to make our stay perfect.

I had to buy the coffee. I suppose I'm spoiled, but I have always received complimentary coffee in the reception areas in the morning. Sure, I could have gotten a cup in the room, but I prefer brewed. That said, I wouldn't let this keep me from staying here again.

Very clean, well maintained. Hotel staff was very nice. Also kept the room up every day. Pool was nice also and the coffee was good too in the Starbucks.

The staff were excellent. I got breakfast and snacks from the Bistro. All those at the front desk and bistro were excellent, but, the older lady was exceptional ❤️❤️ I would definitely come back and recommend.

The window curtains were torn and dirty and we found clothes behind the chair near the window. Otherwise it is fine, the beds are very clean, towels, everything is well arranged. We always like this hotel chain.

Was there overnight while attending a special program at the Lakeside church of Christ. I booked my stay in Booking.com. when I arrived, the attendant seemed disinterested and only spoke in short phrases or words. He was very proficient but had NO personal skills, very indifferent to his guest. I loved the hotel. Will use it again next time.
