Room was clean. Linens were comfortable. Room location was convenient. Breakfast included bacon and eggs.

Tv was tiny. Location of hotel is pretty tucked back and tricky to find - more signage along the road would help.

Convenience to hospital & restaurants. Friendly staff.

The 1st room I was given was not handicap accessible,so I was given another room, but was charged more money .

We enjoyed everything about this property! Check-in was fast. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Even though it was our first stay here, it felt as if it was a regular spot for us. We were even upgraded from King Studio to King Suite! Parking was free on site, and not like other places we’ve stayed where on the weekend space becomes limited. There was always a great spot near the entrance. Wi-Fi is free with great coverage throughout the hotel and even reaching as far as the parking lot. Breakfast was included and I must say, it tasted great! Fruits, yogurt, muffins, bagels, biscuits , eggs, sausage, chicken patties, grits, waffles, juices, flavored water, teas, coffee and even a variety of cappuccinos! Aside from breakfast, there are fresh cookies daily right next to the front desk. Location is great. A short walk away, just outside the entrance to the property are restaurants like Greenpapaya, Rockin Crab, Ted’s Montana Grill, Chipotle and a few others! Also within walking distance is shopping. Overall it was a great stay in a tucked away location but access to a lot.

Nice with fresh fruit and treats. Breakfast area was always clean and food was fresh every day.

The worst part about the stay is that they don’t clean anything!!!!during the stay and the trash cans were full and the bathroom sink and floor needed some cleaning. Outside the room in the hallway there was trash on the floor for about two days

Everybody here is so friendly! And they truly care about your comfort while you are staying with them. They offer a complimentary, wonderful breakfast with more food than most restaurants offer! The facilities are extremely clean. I stay here every time I come to the area. I would not dream of staying anywhere else.

The only thing I didn't like, was that I had to leave sooner than I would have liked.

First the staff was amazing. Big Shout out to Sandy and Cheryl. ( The check in clerk who celebrated her 1st Christmas off in 13yrs) (The night clerk who helped accommodate me and my husband when the hottub would not work in our room.) My husband and I were visiting because we were in town to see family. I booked online because the price was great and it had a hottub in the room and we needed some R&R. We checked in Christmas Eve and from the moment we walked in we were greeted and offered cookies😊 It is a quaint hotel, if your looking for a place to lay your head and you don't want to break the bank this is a great spot. The room was very clean, well lit for you to see that it is properly kept. The hotel offers hot breakfast..and it's good. Not that continental style...we had Biscuits, chicken patties, eggs, grits, gravy, they had muffins, toast, bagels, tea, coffee, juices...that was just day 1..the next day we had potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage oh I forgot they have waffles too. The kitchen supervisor was very nice. We spent a little extra because I wanted the hottub in our room experience. The hottub was awesome, very clean and spacious my husband has a little extra love and we both fit comfortable. He's 5'10 and I am 5'4. For the hotel to be quaint they were up to date with their messaging system...it texted me with reminders for check in and check out, and asked if things were well with my stay. Very great experience.

The only gripe was that the hot tub in our room didn't work. The hubs and I had filled the tub and were excited..pressed the button for the jet bubbles and nothing happened. We had to call front desk and much to my surprise Sandy was super sweet. She moved us to another room with a working hottub and just as nice and clean. She apologized and stated she would report it so that it can be fixed. What could have been disastrous ended up being a great resolve. That was the only drawback, the location can make you suspect due to the other hotels surrounding this one. But it was very nice.

Me and my boyfriend came in town for the Katt Williams comedy show and we also wanted to enjoy our weekend as well. So we got a room with the whipool tub. The king room with the Whirlpool was a huge room very clean. Customer service was excellent. We had no issues at all and everywhere we wanted to shop or eat was within walking distance too hot to walk, but everything was nearby that we wanted to do. We really enjoyed our stay. And the hotel was off back in a cut, which was even more better. We had a romantic weekend, wonderful stay.will be back.

Moon made our stay feel like we were still in our city surrounded by friends! She made sure we were taken care of and provided great warmth from before we arrived all the way up to checking out! Clean rooms, clean hotel and great staff! Breakfast was great and we always look forward to coming back to this location!

Staff were friendly. Kathy was great at check-in.. Breakfast was better than most. The location is right off the highway, but very quiet. I really liked the room darkening shade.

The AC was blowing moist air air which was cold, but musty smelling. My best guess would be that there was previous carpeting in the room and the AC unit was not upgraded at the same time as the flooring.
