Breakfast area was clean and well displayed with full trays. everything tasted fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious and complete with all a guest would need. Bed was very comfortable and very super clean that my wife and I slept all night without getting up for anything else

I didn't realize anything that needs improvement and I have stayed in many hotels and saw things that weren't right, but this hotel was just right

It was very convenient that breakfast started early but also that it ended at 10a.m. very nice to be able to sleep in and also to enjoy breakfast! oh and also enough time to pack up and check out by 11 a.m. It was very enjoyable staying here. Thank you

Nothing it was Perfect best place iv ever stayed in Jacksonville fl...

The location of the hotel was easily accessible. The young lady at the desk during check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet in and around the hotel. There were places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when in the Jacksonville area.

The trash can right outside of the front door of the hotel was over running. There was no room in the bin, so people were placing trash on the ground next to it. This was definitely an unpleasant sight. The pillows were a little too firm for my preference.

Location, price, free breakfast

We had two rooms, room 317’s a/c is very musty smelling and didn’t quite get as cool as should be, while our other room 319 was cold dry air and more comfortable. Room 319 also had a better tv remote and an alarm clock, while room 317 did not. Other than that, our stay was great.

Great convenient location. Easy check in/out. Breakfast was fantastic. Clean comfortable facilities and very quiet.

I wish the beds were not so hard and the pillows not so foamy. Or maybe I should not compare my previous stay at the Hyatt which uses Downlite quality throughout their bedding ♥️

The room was spacious and clean and bathroom was immaculate we love the walk in shower. We liked to slide door to the bathroom as well.

Things were good for us. We couldn’t think of anything that we didn’t like about it. It was quite, we had a good view to look at out our window.

Room has all the comforts you need, without making a fuss out of it. It's simple but very well equipped and organized. I was impressed. Breakfast was delicious and various. Price is great.

Maybe shower gel rather than soap would have been better

The beds are so comfortable and clean, the front deak clerk Jasmine was efficient very professional and a delight. Our bill did seem off , we booked at 172.00 plus tax however i had 232.00 fro. My account, please check into this. I turned my keys in at 7:45 AM, if you could please check in to that. I was not given a statement when I turned in the key we truly love the Hampton and look forward to a stay soon in the future, for TAMPA, JECKELL ISLAND Ga Tallahassee, and Jacksonville two times as well as Tennesee. I had clergy leaders come into town from all over the United States. The reception and customer service was great.

I prefer putting all leadership on first floor if available some are older makes loading and unloading bags easier for them.

BEAUTIFUL room.....clean with GREAT beds and pillows. Only thing was a few stains on the carpet. Front staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was the usual...muffins, waffles, juice & cereal
