Ms. Terri at the front desk was awesome, kind & professionally caring. She seemed to be covering many roles & all very well. I went to return the trolly after I pulled my bags from it upon arrival. Ms. Terry was even in the elevator with another trolly & told me she'd take it; 'there's no need for you to go back downstairs,' she stated. [I didn't advertise it, but I was in a very sickly condition, pain-filled every part of me. But I needed to do the right thing (thx be to God), so her being there was such an Earth Angel strategically placed. The evening male staff was not as kind in my interaction with him; he wasn't rude either. He just sounded a bit overwhelmed by several people in front of him in line, when I rang to have food delivery come to my door (because I was really sick). He didn't, insisted on following usual protocol, and I understand. Ms. Terry, alone, makes me excited about returning sooner than later. God bless❣️

There was one dime-sized blot of dried blood on the uundershirt. I was too yucky feeling to inform you. I just moved it farther away from me, placed a towel over it, and kept it moving.

Laundry machines worked good during my stay. They were cleaned daily and well maintained. The facility person always made sure all common areas were cleaned. Very nice and professional guy. Front desk staff was short but they made things happen.

This is the 2nd time I stayed and had either no TV services, no internet, or a combination of the two. While I understand it is a luxury to have, for myself it is part of my entertainment and stress relief after a long day. For guest with children it keeps the children occupied and out of the halls or other areas of the property unattended. There were many nights i would be returning at 11pm and see children (10 to 17) wondering the halls or hanging out unattended. I do not think children should be wondering the halls at that time of night because they are bored or driving the parents crazy due to lack of entertainment.

Loved the location. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchenette with full size refrigerator was a great asset to the room.

The room next door had two dogs. Apparently, this left the carpet outside of the room entrance very dirty.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Being that housekeeping was not available at all times, you could switch out your towels and linens as often as you needed without any hassle. Whatever the smell was in the hallway could not be smelled in the room. Staff did what they could to eliminate this issue by cleaning the carpet and spraying air freshener.

1. It was a while between my housekeeping cleanings. During my stay, housekeeping was only available 1 time out of my 3 week visit. 2. Each day, the hall had a different smell. Sometimes, it was pleasant while other times, well, it was not good.

Front staff was great, we arrived after lobby hours but came down to check us in when we arrive. They called before hand to let us know instructions due to our little later arrival. The room was very clean, neat, and overall great for our stay.

Our neighbor was loud, they had there tv up until after 4am, although not the fault of the property did feel the walls were a little thin. The bed was hard and a little uncomfortable.

Very Happy to have the Workout Center available now!!! Also, the grounds all around the hotel are GREAT for walking my dog 🐕. She just loves ❤️ trotting around 😀 thinking she's the BIG cheese. Lastly, Mr. Chris Martin, and NO he's NOT the lead singer from Coldplay, he's the General Manager for this property. I REALLY ❤️ ENJOY staying her l9ve that it's BRAND NEW and we were the FIRST people to occupy our room... Thank You Woodspring Suites...

So far as current day goes there's ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I DO NOT like here.

The heating and air was so nice and I smelled bleach and brand new paint when I walked in. The bathroom fans were excellent and the price was unbeatable and we had access to everything. We had a wonderful stay.

Rude comments made about my significant other.

They dont have breakfest.. had to drive 5 mins away to grab breakfest every day... Gas station on corner with store..

After a couple days there i started seeing roaches... Found out the building is confested with roaches..that is what made me leave that location...

The room was clean and amazing for the price we paid. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The size of the pillows were too small and the bed sat really low to the ground. Was still not terrible but would recommend raising beds up a little more and more/larger pillows

Hotel was nice! Location was great! Room was clean! Short staff so had to go to the front desk to get what we needed.

Due to short staff. Checkin was closed but was instructed to call so that the front desk representative can come and check us in.
