Location. Also I see that after my last complaint about the unmarked curb drop the “fixed” the issue with three potted plants making A noticeable barrier.

Lady at time of check in was too busy listening to her ear buds to hear anything I said. Hard to get her attention at first. Been staying here monthly and just found out today that even though we regularly spend $120+ a night for the room the “breakfast” is another $19.

The room was very clean. Loved the extras like the real nice blow dryer, Kurieg coffee maker, free water, and ice cold fridge. We stayed 2 nights, and housekeeping came in the 2nd day and did an outstanding job cleaning our room. Even organized my mess of makeup and jewelry for me. The front staff was also extremely friendly.

The double not queen beds, and a little lumpy and very hard. Could also use nicer comforters. The lo action was next to Southside Blvd and felt a little uneasy when I went to nearby stores, seeing people fighting, and cops arresting people. But felt very safe in the Hotel.

The location the view and the the Anemone's around the hotel was excellent it was in a great location great location and I will go back

We had to wait 3 days what we were there almost a week for room service and never had a dinner you've never had enough clean towels in wash clothes or clean Towels and linen and I always had to call the front desk to remind them to clean and forgot twice

I liked everything about the hotel. There was nothing that I didn’t like. The one thing that I thought was extremely well and great was. There was a gentleman who switched my room for free from the fourth floor to the first floor because I’m claustrophobic and there were no stairs on the first floor, so he was so nice to go ahead and change my rooms without even charge me extra the staff at this hotel is amazing. The cleanliness was great and the room was amazing just for one person I will definitely be choosing this hotel again.

The staff were all quite friendly, helpful, and mannerly which was quite refreshing. The rooms and hotel were clean, smelled clean, and were noticeably cared for. The breakfast, though a little pricey, was delicious and a nice way to wake up.

Perhaps the breakfast could have been included? I'm not in hotel business though, so who am I to say?

Not that we didn’t like it HOWEVER they really need to put the post back at the unloading area. There is a large drop off that will rip the bottom of a car out and the post to properly warn you has been broken off. You can see where several cars have driven off the ledge and damaged

The location was close to the beach and the TIAA Bank field stadium! And there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Luggage carts were not available upon leaving early (6:45am). The front desk staff said that the guest must have them all in their rooms.

It's always clean, peaceful, and pleasant.

Didn't like how we had to pay for parking because the company they use it's hard to contact someone to remove their information. We should just pay for parking at the hotel it would be more easier and convenient than going through PMC.

It was very clean as I booked and allergy room because I am pregnant.

I was unaware that breakfast was an extra charge although when I was booking it stated “Breakfast included” and no staff told me that at the time of check-in we didnt find out until the next morning when we tried to go and get breakfast.

Ice machine didn’t work . Neighbor room wreaked ofmarajuana in hallway and loud guests in smoking area laughing outside my window and woke me up at 7 am talking and laughing for over an hour
