The room was spacious and clean. I liked the bed but my husband thought it was too firm. They provided four pillows, which was a great bonus!

The main pool was closed while we were there. The elevator in the reception area wasn’t working so you had to go up and down 26 stairs with your luggage to get to your tower and get your car when going out. Never found a thermostat in our room and there was no information on WiFi etc. It might have been on the television but who wants to sit through that.

The property was very clean & well maintained. The pool area was nice. The 1 bedroom reimagined king suite was very spacious and up to date. Bed slept comfortably.

Parking was awful. Limited spaces plus $31.95 per night. Didn’t make any sense when there is already a resort charge. There was an conference being held at the property. Which made finding a parking space difficult. Stayed in Tower 1 had to park by Tower 3 and walk around to Tower 1. Also 2 bottles of Fiji water inside the room was $7 a bottle that was a ridiculous & unnecessary hidden charges.

Such a beautiful hotel! Clean and well kept. Lots of choice for restaurants and snacks. Open and light and spacious design. Rooms were lovely. Large, well designed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pool is luscious! Polite and helpful staff at front desk. Just a lovely overall ambiance.

It was extremely busy (Easter break) which was only evident poolside. There were no beds available unless you went to the back row which was too far Away from the pool to enjoy that feeling of being in a resort and being able to watch the kids play in the water etc. I like to have a little bottle of body lotion in my room along with the shower gel and shampoo etc. that’s because i travel extremely light so don’t want to bring those things with me. Just meant I needed to purchase some at the store.

Caribe Royale Orlando is pretty amazing hotel! First my husband and I came here for little get away weekend. Little did we know that we will be few days back as hurricane Milton's evacuees. The hotel took care of us the first time and the second time even better. The preparation during Milton, organizing staff, information for the guests, meal schedule under emergency was quite remarkable. We are grateful to the professional staff at the front desk as well as at all of Caribe Royal's restaurants (yes, we tried them all!). Special thank you to Steven, who helped with our luggage! Huge thank you and kudos to the management for keeping the hotel clean, safe, fun and beautiful no matter what. You, guys, got it right. Others should learn from you!

Check-in was smooth - we were well received and informed from the moment we arrived. The facilities are great, especially the swimming pool, which our whole family of five enjoyed. It’s definitely a nice place for families. The restaurants and bars offered great service, and we thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast during our stay. A standout moment was when we accidentally left a personal item behind—hotel staff promptly located it and kept it safe for collection. That level of customer service really impressed us.

While our stay overall was pleasant, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. The hotel’s accessibility can be a bit challenging when traffic is heavy. It took longer than expected to get in and out, especially during peak times. The hotel was quite busy, likely due to regular tourists, nearby events, and other activities happening in the area. Because of that, we often had to wait a long time to find a spot by the pool, and food service at the restaurant was slower than we would have liked. Still, it's something to consider if you're planning to visit during a busy season.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff have excellent customer service . From when you walk into the lobby it smells clean and they have a Starbucks right up front in case you need some fresh brews. We made use of that every morning taking the on site shuttle to the Disney parks . Everything was clean the beds are comfy and the restaurant options on site are a plus . Oh and I can’t forget about the amazing pool. They prepare your chairs with covers and provide fresh towels , over all it was a great stay and I will be returning , next time just me and my husband to really enjoy the amenities they offer .

Nice resort. Great location. Lots of on-site restaurants including a pool side bar and restaurant. Pool with waterfall and slide was central to the three main towers. Shuttle service available to Disney Springs and Disney Resorts.

Thought prices at the on-site marketplace were too high. Small bag of chips $8.00. Small water bottle $6.00 or $7.00 dollars. Built in 18 percent service charge on all food and drinks included in all bills. Great service tip over that goes to the server but poor service you can not adjust tip lower (* all service was excellent).

The Caribe Hotel is a wonderfully spacious and self-contained property, perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation without venturing out. The Villas are particularly impressive, with some offering stunning views of the pool area from their five floors. It's an ideal retreat for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment.

While the bathroom shower was nice, adjusting the hot and cold settings was a bit challenging. A make-up mirror in the room would have been appreciated by my wife. Additionally, the room could use some USB ports for charging phones, though you can use the lamp plug with your block as a workaround. The Chop House restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but I didn't enjoy my steak. On a positive note, the sides and lobster were good."

Rooms are amazing! Property was so clean and pool was perfect temp. Loved the food at the pool bar and marketplace also nice to have Starbucks. I saw some reviews about gratuity but staff makes it clear it’s included. I spent same on 4 nights here that I did two nights at Disney hotel and this was soooooo much better in every way. My nephew loved the gnome hunt and large chocolate displays. Front desk was so nice and made him feel extra special checking in as well as all the workers that greet you outside and held our bags. Longest trip was to Magic which was only 15 min and affordable with uber which I prefer to Disney buses.

Ordered room service steaks probably the worst I’ve ever had mine was truly inedible. I called guest services to tell them and was transferred to DAISY who then said I’ll send you to kitchen so they can make you another. I said I didn’t want another and her response was then I’ll still need to send you to the kitchen so they can take it off your acct. “I mean I don’t know what else you want me to do.” She was extremely rude and felt aggressive she truly put a damper on my stay. They also have a lot of conventions and had one loud event but ended at respectable time I think quiet by 10pm so we were fine but if I had younger child it could be an issue. Lastly would be nice to offer life vests to kids, the pool gets very deep with no lifeguards.

It was very well maintained and had tons of space to walk, ride bikes etc. The main pool was busy and more of a ‘party’ atmosphere, the villa pool was quiet and relaxing. The food at the restaurants was excellent albeit a bit pricey. Staff was very polite and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

I had to cancel my credit card because the hotel kept charging the nightly room rate despite the booking being fully paid in advance - it triggered my credit company’s fraud alert system. Somewhat of a strange automated billing system.
