The personnel was very kind and helpful with all our requests. We also slept very well in comfortable beds. The rooms are also very quiet although the hotel is located close to a main road. Breakfast options were above our expectations.

The breakfast room is a bit small and we had to seat in another room during a couple of minutes before seats in the main room became available. There is a swimming pool but it sits behind the building and this is not a big nor well decorated area. That might deserves some trees or plants to make it more enjoyable.

All the staff were friendly and accommodating. They were also helpful when I needed assistance with a minor matter. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable at the price point of this hotel. You also get a free breakfast buffet which is basic but fresh and gets replenished. This is our third time here and would be happy to return.

Air-conditioning controls in the room on wall the ones on air-conditioning itself do not work took us a little time to figure that out. Room was very warm and all the corridors have no air-conditioning going. Fitness centre had no weights.

Both location and the breakfast were spot on. The onyl thing that could potentially be improved is a gym facility - it's literally 2 treadmills and an electric bike machine, nothing else.

Can't really pick on anything. Things were nice, tidy and as described on the website. I was content with everything and it has been my 3rd visit in this hotel.

This hotel was convenient to visit my family and provided all the necessary comforts.

No on tv guide to tell me what programs were currently airing. All I could do was channel surf until I found something that wasn't on a commercial. Very little fresh food in the breakfast buffet. Some of the staff was brusk with answers. Just felt the price should have been lower for the value.

Location is very quiet and close to the river, where you can have a fun for kayaking ! They have some activities for kids like cheaper boarding games! Staff is very friendly! Parking is big!

Breakfast could be better, but sure for this money is fine! Maybe in future they can suggest for extra something more healthy (vegetables and fruits).

Super clean and spacious rooms, right next door to the Silver Springs National Park and the staff were all lovely - especially Connie who went well out of her way to help us to get to and from a festival months in advance. Amazing service and greatly appreciated.

No A/C in the hallways or breakfast area, but the time you leave the room and get outside you are already sweating. When got my room, thermostat was on 78 degrees, it took a little while to get the temperature down to cool off the room.

A comfortable room in an ideal location for visiting Silver Springs national park. Easy to find and with most of the facilities you'd expect in an international chain hotel. A huge spa bath in our room allowed my wife to bask at leisure while I used the separate shower - luxury!

No dining available except at breakfast time, you have to eat out but there is some choice for that nearby if you don't want to drive into Ocala.

Nicest hotel in the area. Walking distance from Silver Springs state park. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection and is very convenient. We arrived earlier than expected and they were able to let us check in early. Great stay overall.
