Location, friendly staff, clean safe area. Close to great stores, if needed.

Booking.com said the breakfast was $12. A hand made sign on the breakfast buffet said $15 PP. Either one was way too high. Nothing special. Powdered eggs, just the same items one may find at a 3 Star Motel. Blocks from several good places for delicious breakfasts. We paid $24 for two breakfasts less than 3 minutes away. Also, paid parking should be stated on Bookings.com. It was a little surprise.

Everything was clean and in working order. Love the modern look in the rooms. The hot breakfast was pretty good, just a little pricey. The location is great. So many stores and places to eat nearby.

Lower the price on breakfast and parking fees. Another thing, other guests keep letting their room doors slam shut behind them constantly. Up to 2 am my neighbor keep going in and out of their room and letting the door slam shut. And at 7 am too! Not the properties fault, but maybe put a sign for guests to be mindful of the door.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was incredible, very professional. The hot breakfast was worth the $15, it was pretty good.

Was on the second floor near the hotel gym and people where dropping their weights and causing long noise in our room. Also they had a Christmas party going on which was ok but after the party while the banquet people where breaking down they where causing loud thumps til 1 am where I was not able to get much sleep. Talk to the manager and they were very concerned with that.

Located near shopping, short drive (not walk) to downtown West Palm Beach, parking garage convenient with plenty of spaces. Room was on 9th floor, but elevators were speedy and responsive. Room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was attentive, courteous, and professional. A great value, overall.

Shower stall was a bit slow to drain, a minor hiccup. Urban location requires transportation as the local traffic is quite hectic at most hours of the day, making walking anywhere a dangerous activity.

This is the best designed mid-price hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Offers a great breakfast, nicely designed public spaces, and a good pool.

They put a dog in the room next to me — barked while the owners were out. They need to get the dogs away fr non-dog guests.

Great location. Off 1-95 and near shops; very well maintained. Super clean! Staff helful, polite and were super!

That the parking garage is in another building. So it is very uncomfortable as you can't drive and offload near reception. You leave car in side street. Register. get a trolley. Go down wheelchair ramp. offload luggage. leave in lobby. go park. retreive trolley and go to room. Exhausted especially after long trip. And we were charged for the parking. Do not recommended for people with mobility issues.I forgot, almost no lighting in room. Small mini lamps so if you need to work bring a latern😁

I was pleasantly surprised by all the room and how big the bathroom was I really liked the closet area with the big safe and the ironing board the room was just a lot more spacious and had convenient things like the microwave and the refrigerator and the coffee and I liked the choices downstairs and in the lobby they had refrigerated pizza and lean cuisine meals and good snacks.

Our One roll of toilet paper was wet and had stains on it

The hotel was easy to locate, booking in was a breeze, the room was very clean the coffee machine was a plus we got a good rest the bed was very comfortable. the staff in the breakfast area was very friendly and attended to us promptly. There were multiple choices at the breakfast buffet table .the food was on point we enjoyed our anniversary we would visit again. I must say the manager he texted us constantly to check on us to see if everything was OK 👍I like that .I forgot his name that was very sweet of him.

There was nothing to dislike

The wings were delicious!!! The property was really nice and well kept. Also, it’s close to shopping and many other food options. The breakfast buffet is different from other hotels, they have different hot items each day. I really hate I missed French Toast Day.

Some of the furniture in the lobby and the restaurant are fading, which indicates that it may be time to replace them.

I’m very annoyed that there are two Hilton garden inns of west Tampa. Ridiculous naming them the same. After a wedding ended at midnight I put directions in not knowing there were two with the same name (the entire name location doesn’t show on first line of phone) and went to wrong hotel. Change the darn names!!! Ridiculous.
