well, hi, hope that this helps. I was given a room o n the first floor, but that room heater was not working. My daughter ask for another room and we were given a room on the third floor. That room was comfortable. there was one thing that you must check in your rooms, and that is your coffee makers. Please make sure they are clean and working. As for the first floor please check your ac's and appliances at least once a week. If you apply a guest to a certain room, make sure check all necessary appliances and ac in the room and make sure they work and make sure the room is properly clean. I know that the room rates are cheap, that does not give you the right to treat the guest that way. Your guest choose you. There are many hotels to choose from. So please, let your staff know that, the accomadations are to be in proper standing. Thank you. ps. I am will to come in and work with the staff, and train them about hotel standards. Thanks. Quiet location, very nice and accommodating staff, close to a lot of things, super clean room, beds were extremely comfortable, rooms smelled nice, good size breakfast was a decent amount of options.

We requested a late checkout, they told us no problem and they we could check out as late as 1pm. At 11am sharp, they were aggressively beating on our door telling us that there was no late checkout for that time and that we needed to call downstairs. Apparently the lady from the night before did not let anyone know about our request and left us looking bad. I understand that is was a miscommunication and they let us stay a little longer. But I did not appreciate the way housekeeping treated us. EXTREMELY rude, demanding, rolled their eyes, made us feel like crap for the misunderstanding when it wasn't our fault. I almost gave 4 stars for it but decided against it.

Location was extremely convenient, located directly off the interstate. Staff was exceptional; Incredibly friendly, both the front desk staff and the staff stocking the morning breakfast buffet. Every morning there was a hot, delicious breakfast, with varying items each morning. Very pleased with our stay here, would definitely stay here again, if back in Fairburn, GA.

Beds and pillows could be comfier, but this stands for almost all hotels. No real complaints.

It was beyond what I was expecting for the price I paid. At first, I was hesitant because of the prices of the ones around, but after reading reviews I decided to try my luck. Definitely a diamond in the rough! The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The reviews didn't lie. I would recommend to anyone traveling to stay here! My girls loved the breakfast and the pool! The hot breakfast was amazing, and I heard other guests talking about it as well! The pool was fun, and closed at 9 so enough time to swim and wind down afterwards! In all, I was pleasantly surprised by the value, I Definitely feel I got the deal of a lifetime and I've traveled a lot! You get the bang for your buck that's for sure! 5 stars from me, highly recommend!

Absolutely nothing, our stay was phenomenal!

Breakfast had more variety than I expected, and the quality was good but not great. Still, the staff were wonderful, the room clean, and the bed comfy.

Again, the breakfast was the only part that wasn't excellent. The orange juice was either watered down or simply not a brand I like because I felt it tasted odd, and I never found the milk. But the eggs and sausage were good and the staff lovely.

The mattress was very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my long night. Oh, and we HIGHLY recommend "Lady Fanny Mae's Ultimate Fish Fry" in Fairburn for some of the BEST catfish in the country. Small family place, limited menu, but every bite was served with love.

Well, the room I reserved was supposed to have a roll-in shower, but that didn't happen. (I believe that was more the issue with B.com than the hotel.) Other than that, I would stay again.

It was nice and convenient to where we need to be. Friendly staff. The gave us everything we asked for when we needed extras.

The telephone in the room did not work. The pool closed a little early only staying open until 9pm. The breakfast was not the best. They do not have extra blankets for the sleeper sofa beds.

The facility was very clean. Very thankful for the laundry onsite, due to being in town at a basketball tournament and needed uniforms washed. Nice, clean, and cool room.

We had 2 adults and 2 teenage children in our party and only had 2 bath towels to dry with. The facility stated they were out.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above & beyond to create a great experience. The hotel is in a great location & seems to be a safe area. Restaurants & gas stations are within walking distance and it's also near the highway. I truly appreciate especially the lady breakfast cook & the front desk guy (Dwayne?). Their hospitality was superb! Due to an unsatisfactory room we weren't going to stay but Dwayne made it right with a smile on his face. I'm glad we stayed. He made up for the unfriendly guy that checked us in. (I'm glad that that guy's shift was over by the time we made it back down to complain). He wasn't rude just unfriendly. This will be the place I stay everytime we visit the area.The pool and gym areas were nice & clean. I'm so glad that they have an indoor pool that played a big part in us choosing this hotel as well. My girls enjoyed themselves. It's a no frills hotel but it was suitable for what I was there for.

The chairs inside the rooms could definitely use some serious cleaning or just replaced all together. The hallways smell a bit musty. The noise level on the weekend was a bit much from the young adults that were on our floor but I didn't feel the need to complain or maybe I was just too tired to complain. Either way it wasn't anything to detour me from going back again.

Nice location, easy to check in. Just stayed for a quick overnight stop but the facility and room were clean and comfortable. Convenient and well-lit parking. Breakfast had decent options and was ready to go early in the morning.
