Most of my stay was great.the breakfast was good.the bed was comfortable.the staff was friendly

I didn't like the fact dat the front desk representative gave me the wrong key at first which was a key to a room where couples were relaxing when I entered which was odd.i went back downstairs to let the rep know,then I received another key & entered a room where house keeping hadn't made it there to clean...at this moment I'm really aggravated because I'm carrying my bags back & forth to each room dat was not ready for stay yet ..I feel like I should be granted at least 1 free night of stay

Breakfast was terrific. We were in town for the Renaissance Festival. The location was great for the festival. (only approx 2 miles away) We enjoyed that the hotel was in a quiet area. (especially for the Atlanta area) Traffic wasn't bad, lots of stores and restaurants were close by. My husband needed a handicap room and they were wonderful at providing us with what was needed. We traveled with our pets and they happily accommodated our dogs as well. We go to the festival every year and will definitely be choosing this for our stay from now on!

We didn't get there until around 6pm, and our room still wasn't ready. After over 6 hours on the road, this was a bit of a bummer. However, once we checked in, they had the room cleaned and ready within half an hour. So overall, not that big of a deal.

Had a great stay, bed was comfortable and wi fi was excellent. Indoor pool was closed due to ongoing renovation, Sausage, biscuit and gravy was a good touch.

Everything was great, rates were pretty good compared to other hotels in the area.

Amazing stay with amazing staff! Would like to personally thank Miss B for making our stay wonderful. She was so accommodating. Will surely visit again.

The lady at the front desk was accommodating to my requests. I was originally put in a room on the second floor but since I recently had surgery done on my knee, the lady upgraded my room so that she could put me on the first floor.

The Room was very good. The beds were so soft and comfortable. The only thing I would have wanted was more towels.

The people who stayed there were questonable. Several were standing on the front to smoke. I had to go through the smoke to get inside. However, I really was afraid to approach the front entrance because I could not tell if they were customers or just people who walked up and were just staning there. If there is smoking, then, it should be done away from the front of the building and some kind of security during late hours.

Staff was great the owner takes pride in her building she not only running hotel she cleans rooms everything also staff is so nice n friendly I recommend this hotel to anyone that I know... I loved it n will always go back

Great hospitality, front desk to the management. Hote breakfast was better than I expected, sausage, biscuit and gravy and to top it off also had boiled eggs. Indoor pool looked great even though I did not use. Definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Union City.

Everything was up to my satisfaction.

Hotel stay was great. Very close to the airport which is why i originally picked this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff both housekeeping and front desk were great.
