The staff are the friendliest bunch of people I've met within my first 24 hours since landing on American soil. Went above and beyond to recommend some food for delivery which was great and ended up sharing it out as couldn't finish it all. Room was clean and good size with a massive comfy bed.

Location isn't great, I didn't want to go wandering off on my own but there's a garage across the road so was still able to get some bits. Noise travels easily from the hallway but by 8pm I was so tired I crashed out and wasn't woken up. At the end of the day it's a budget hotel so don't have high expectations - you get what you pay for :)

Location was easy to access from 285, was close to where I needed to be in East Point, had a gas station across the street, and while the parking lot and exterior of the property weren’t the best, the adage of don’t judge a book by its cover was appropriate because the room was very recently renovated, was spacious and immaculate, and there was not a hint of cigarette smoke that is common at hotels at this price point. Staff was courteous and welcoming and very efficient, and we felt perfectly safe for the duration of our stay.

The exterior of the property is a bit run down and there seems to be an old small abandoned hotel in the parking lot, maybe was another set of rooms at one point, but this is my only complaint and doesn’t really affect the quality of the stay at all beyond the initial impression. Once you walk in the front doors everything is crisp, clean, and new.

Room had every things it needed. Close to Interstate. Close to grocery stores. The staff seemed more friendly than what you would normally find from a hotel like this one. I was able to find a good deal through a booking site and the price was right for this one.

Booking site still touts that this site offers "hot breakfast, drinks, coffee. This is sadly not the case however. They haven't had breakfast since the beginning of covid... Sadly it looks like breakfast will not be coming back for most chains.

The bed was comfy and the staff was really nice. The shower worked well. I enjoyed that they provided a free shuttle to the airport and a granola bar.

The location was farther from the airport considering that the airport is in the name of the listing of the hotel! I think it is somewhat misleading.

I only stay one night with my family and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating because I had got there past midnight due to our bus breaking down. I am very grateful for their consideration. Thank you so much.

Apart from breakfast,which is better for them to state breakfast is not included. I like everything about my room. I can't answer question about the area or location. because am not from Atlanta. I don't know how safe the area is

The comfortness of being able to relax the hospitality of the employees and the housekeeping it was just overall just a wonderful relaxing getting myself together time

It wasn't nothing that I didn't really like about it I actually extended my stay so everything was real nice I was very happy with the service and everything

I like the house keeper hospitals the coffee and juice in the morning and the bed was very comfortable. My room was very big something that I like staff at front desk very kind

The place was good and quiet. The rooms 214 were clean and very beautiful, I also loved the decoration of the rooms. The bathrooms were clean and everything was in organized. The receptionists are very good and for my part I say that it was an excellent experience to stay there

The tv kept blinking off it would play for a while then loose signal other then that it was a good stay
