I love that the property was in close proximity to the interstate, food etc

It seemed a little rachet…ladies and gents were walking around half naked, booty cheeks out walking the premises…maybe a vibe for some but for others I’m not sure. It seemed like I was on a spring break trip with 18-25 year olds. I’m not sure if it was a one time thing or if this happens often. Don’t get me wrong the facility and staff was fine but the atmosphere is not for a business meeting lol 😩😂😂😂.

Staff at the bar was fast, funny and professional. Front desk staff was friendly but see below about the check in experience.

TV being on loud in the room and the remote not being able to turn the tv off. Requested a king bed but was made to wait for a long while as "only two queen rooms were available", finally after 15 minute a king room was "found"

Convenience of location to the Airport, parking excellent, quality transport to airport. Cleanliness of the facilities. It’s my 8th stay for travel👍

Booking said breakfast was included. Got served and was told I had to pay $18.50. Checked with Front Desk and they said that it wasn’t so I paid for it. Nice little lady ran the service!

that at check in if using a debit card that your amount is being put on a "hold" and then when you check out they are technically charging your card again! I only had one set amount on the card I used so it was weeks going back and forth with the manager etc because the lady at check in put it in that I paid cash instead of card so they tried to charge my card like 3-4xs after my stay! this alone will cause me not to stay here again!

It was a good location. Close to shopping and eating.

The only issue was getting a charge to my credit card and no one was able to explain why - although I showed them the charge came from them They acted confused and never had an answer for me I’m still waiting to get the charges removed from my card.

Impolite staff at the reception. As if we were disturbing them. Poor instructions on the parking entrance received. One can hear the motorway in the rooms on the left hand side of the corridor.

The location was awesome and not too far from everything especially the airport. The bed and pillows were amazing and the room was clean.

The breakfast was overpriced for bare minimum food. The waffle maker was broken.

This is my go-to hotel when I travel to Atlanta. The staff has great communication skills and are always helpful when I am communicating with them via the app. The front desk staff always great me by name. This hotel is my home away from home.

The Staff at this hotel was outstanding , Laurie driving the shuttle bus , Stephen (or Steven) also driving the shuttle were FANTASTIC . Also Brooke at the reception , one of a kind .

It is an airport hotel and is a bit off from everything

PLEASE PLEASE have someone dump the garbage can, more often, this is the third time I've stay at this hotel, love it except for trash can by the elevator, always over full and smell
