The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I reported my room assignment overwhelming smelled of smoke and without hesitation I was immediately reassigned.

My first room smelled of cigarette smoke. I’m asthmatic and was taken aback as the room was a non smoking room.

Great location near some really good food places and shopping centers. I was able to get a lot of work done.

I did not have the breakfast, you do have to pay extra for breakfast. Location was great for the things I had in mind. This will be go to when I’m in town.

Pool was closed, unsure why. It was one of the reasons I chose to stay at this location. I also did not like that there was no microwave in room (which I did know before booking).

I wished that continental breakfast was an option instead of it solely being Bistro. The items that we did purchase from the Bistro was good with the exception of the eggs being cold.

This hotel was a good placed to stay at. The staff was pleasant, the location was excellent. It was in an area where other food places were available for us to choose.

The customer services was GREAT and I love the area. I will be staying here again the next i visit in a couple of months. The room was super clean. Family and friends came to visit me at the hotel and they reported they will book at this hotel the next time they visit.

Nothing, Staff from the front desk, bartender and drivers was 5 star. Don't change a thing.

Great location. Close to shopping and fast food.

The hotel has a bistro restaurant. Around 630pm, I waited at the counter, but no one came to take my order. I called the front desk to see if I could place an order, then pick it up or have it delivered to my room. The front desk attendant said you had to order in person and pick it up. That's the only disappointing thing I experienced.

The location and facility were top-notch.

I originally requested an early check-in time, but received no response prior to my arrival. Only to arrive at the hotel and was told they room was not ready.

The staff was amazing! Cynthia at the front desk was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed because it was late when we arrived! Our shuttle driver also went above and beyond! Everyone was super!
