Everything. It felt like home as much as a hotel room can feel. The room was clean, the building is secure, and the staff, except for the front desk, was practically invisible, which is how I prefer

Breakfast could have a few more items but I was satisfied with coffee and muffins.

The location was perfect. There are a variety of food places to fit all tastes, a Walmart nearby and easy access to I85 and main roads. I did not have breakfast there as the website indicated that breakfast would not be served due to COVID precautions. I made other arrangements.

Although the room was very clean, the bathrooms need to be upgraded. The door to my bathroom was slightly damaged. There were only small pieces of soap in the bathroom with 2 tiny bottles of shampoo.

Staff, Cleanliness

Refrigerator wasn't cold even though it was on. Didn't keep my water cold. Breakfast should of had a little more stuff like fresh fruit.

The complementary breakfast could have been better; for instance like some fruit or cereal. The muffins were too dry.

Nice clean updated rooms/ lobby Staff was very friendly and informative Pillows soo soft everything was clean from top to bottom

The elevator was out of order so had to take stairs..but it was okay😊

The quietness on the second floor and the front desk is very professional.

They say that they serve breakfast but it's not really breakfast it's just muffins coffee and yogurt.

I pretty much like everything as this is a repeat visit and I keep returning.

The young lady at the front desk was nice and well mannered facility was very clean and cozy

I went to work early but I guess my girlfriend said the breakfast wasn't really what she had in mind but everything was lovely overall
