Very trendy, chic hotel with staff that is friendly, knowledgeable and give you the feeling to be very welcome. We did not expect such a great place so close to the airport. Diner was delicious and our server cheerful and professional. Breakfast was also great. At the rooftop there is a very exciting and modern bar/restaurant, young people will adore it. If you ever need to stay at Atlanta Airport, this is the place to be. Price / Performance is absolutely right.

I have to say the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. I believe one of them was named Barbara, though I could be mistaken. She truly made a difference during my brief stay, as I arrived feeling a bit tired and just needed a quick nap before my next flight. Her kindness during that time really stood out to me.

Close to the airport (quick drive)

Great customer service real helpful staff bed comfortable view really nice from the track view to the outside rooftop and I even enjoyed the indoor pool. Definitely have to experience this hotel in the summertime.

I guess I stayed around the time the hotel was having a christmas party the line to check in was out the door.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with crisp, spotless bedsheets that made falling asleep easy. The front-desk staff were some of the best I've experienced in the US during all my many travels this year. They were super friendly, well-informed, and attentive. The shuttle service to the airport is convenient and the driver was friendly and kind. The driver dropped me off at a different terminal than the one the airline specified. He explained I'd save time and he was absolutely right. I really appreciated that.

The food in the restaurant was below average. The restaurant/bar was short-staffed which seems to be the situation in many hotels and restaurants today. But this would not prevent me from staying here again as everything else about the hotel was exactly what I needed for a quiet, comfortable good night's sleep and speedy access to the airport in the early morning.

NOT the BOOKING.COM experience. I will not be using your service again.

I liked the hotel and booked it directly for the day with the IHG application when booking.com would not allow cancellation on the previous day due to me making a booking error even after after communicating with both parties I am out of pocket $300 USD.

WISH I HAD MORE TIME

The ease of the check out, friendly staff, roof top bar and comfortable beds.

Our room was lacking a fridge and I found out that other rooms had them. The breakfast is too expensive. Oatmeal for $15 is outrageous.

The friendliest and most professional staff I’ve ever encountered. They let me check in early, and remembered me as I came and went from the hotel. The room was quiet and comfy. I have a hard time sleeping in hotels and I slept like a log.

The rooftop bar prices were excessive.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel was great. Loved the rooftop.

When we went for the complimentary wine at happy hour, we were told that the white wine it was locked up and nobody had the key. Bar manager was supposed to come in at 3:30pm to open the cabinet. Bar staff were very apologetic but could not do anything. When we mentioned it to front desk people, they were a little condescending.

Comfortable room. Bed comfortable. Quiet, as requested. Nice shower. May need some upgrades in the near future. Friendly, helpful staff. No hotel is more convenient to the international airport. This was our 4th stay.
