It was clean and nice. Rooms were spacious

They cancelled our rooms the day of our trip and never let us know. We arrived at 12:30am with a car full of kids only to find out they cancelled our rooms due to a trying to overcharge the 3rd party booking agent. They were out of rooms, so we had to contact booking.com to have them approve putting our payment on a different room at their sister hotel, Sleep Inn. It would have been nice to have been notified by someone that our room had been canceled.

Everything was clean and neat. The staff was great and friendly.

There was no inside pool. I like to swim and traveled with children who would have like to swim . I knew it did not have an inside pool upon booking but that is my only dislike.

Staff was always helpful. Breakfast was a great plus

Did not have adminities( shampoo, conditioner shaving cream) in the hotel store for purchasing. The front office staff was excellent help for that.

The rooms are huge! I love that they can accommodate bigger families. The breakfast is always good and enjoyable.

Our room and beds were not the cleanest. We found a used vaping pen below our beds and one of the beds had crumbs under the blankets.

The hotel was wonderful rooms are very nice and clean, but the front is rude and very unprofessional i asked twice that our room be cleaned and to have fresh linen. I asked the front desk staff once before leaving for breakfast again returning , then leaving again after 1 hour. I returned later that night only to find no clean room or linen so i when down to the first desk and the lady at the front desk she said the room was mark clean I told her it hadn’t been clean and I asked twice. She apologized and gave me fresh towels and linen so I could change the bed. Then after checking out I noticed there was a charge pending on my bank statement after I paid for the room in full when I checked in on 4/29. I called Monday morning to mainstay spoke with a black gentleman at the front desk he told me that some banking institutions take more money than needed. Which was untrue I call my bank they told me that the property Mainstay holds the extra funds just to make sure there’s nothing wrong with the room after checking out. Smh such a nice place but the front desk staff is horrible.

The breakfast was okay. I liked that the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the accommodations was great for the cost of the room. Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

The breakfast could have been better.

The staff was friendly, accommodations were excellent, comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels and very clean. We will definitely stay at Mainstay Suites Newnan again.

There was nothing to dislike about Mainstays. If anything to dislike, maybe the microwave downstairs could be bigger/stronger, it takes a while to heat up food/drinks.

It was comfortable, clean, and affordable.

Our room was next to the elevator, lots of noisy traffic in evenings

It was definitely well worth it, very impressed by all the accommodations. It was a late check in and they were very understanding. Definitely recommend to stay here.
