Easy to find, close to Piedmont Newnan Hospital where we were visiting an elderly family member in ICU. Close to everything we needed access to. Dove bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, lotion, and a small bar of soap. Love the size of the room, and the kitchenette. 4 pillows per bed, of various thicknesses.

A source of heat in the bathroom would have been great. Loud kids all night until an adult finally calmed them between 3:30 and 4 a.m. It seemed as if they were unttended until then. No, I did not call the front desk.

I liked that the receptionist her name is Robin she was very nice & let me know about everything! It made me feel comfortable!

I didn’t have much to dislike but it was one thing I can say should change is the time the receptionist calls your room to see if anyone is there in the room before check out. Check out is at 12pm & I got a call at 11:30am, then I completely felt a little rushed to get out of the room. When I was already getting my stuff together to leave. They should consider calling at about 11:50 give people a grace period.

This was my third stay as I visit my older friend at The Claiborne. I love the rooms with the kitchenette and desk and the layout is very comfortable.

The only problem is the duplicate charge I received. I tried to call about it three times and the AI system could not handle my request to cancel to duplicates charge.

The hotel was great and staff was exceptional. I would definitely stay there again.

I used Booking.com, price was higher than booking direct with hotel. Also, the virtual card that the hotel was to use for my booking did not work, causing the staff to be on the phone with booking.com. They admitted they had my payment, and my confirmation number was correct. Finally, they had to get the manager to come back in on her off time to resolve. The person at the desk was so very nice and let us go straight to the room. We did not have to wait until resolved.

The hotel was beautiful and smelled very nice. The front staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming. I loved how the hotel is close to Ashley Park, where there is a variety of restaurants, shopping plazas, and also the movie theater. When through the hotel is in a congestive area, it is still quiet, and the beds are extremely soft. My boyfriend fell asleep instantly when he laid down. I love the studio set up with the fridge, dishwasher, and stove top.

I loved everything and will definitely be staying again!

Location was near the venue for the wedding I was attending and restaurants and businesses nearby. The room was clean and well stocked with all kitchen items. Receptionist explained the process well to check in and out.

I was disappointed that complimentary breakfast was not included. I was under the impression that it would be included. But overall the accomodations were very good.

It was clean quiet good location bed was comfy fresh clean sheets and cover room smelled good the only thing no hot breakfast but there was frozen foods you could buy plus there was a kitchen loved it I will be back soon

I only got three wash cloths wish I could of gotten more

I enjoyed how friendly and courteous the staff was, and how clean the entire hotel is. I was also glad to see they allowed people to bring their dogs (companions) into the rooms.

Booking.Com shows this facility provided’s a breakfast. Since it’s an extended stay hotel - there is a kitchenette provided. I was surprised no breakfast when booking.com showed there was. Might want to update that.

Location, fitness center, free coffee, were all better than I expected. The room was well stocked in items for the kitchen area. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this property if ever in the area again.

Too much smoking allowed outside the building, should have a designated area for smokers and place those individuals as close as possible to that area when giving room assignments.

Staff friendly and helpful. Helpful to help you clean your room, Staff want to make sure you have all things to make your day comfortable. Clean rooms and hallway. Courteous Staff.

High price/ day for stay but the rest of stay was good
