The check-in staff was nice. She made fresh coffee. As we went to our room and opened the door, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the A/C was struggling to keep the room cool. I loved the fact our room was on the bottom floor and right at the front hall. The morning/breakfast staff was amazing. Good choice of food.

1) The lady that checked us in was new and didn't know the prices of the ice creams, so she just charged me the highest price listed for what I got. I got 2 cups of ice cream and it cost me $16.65. Yes I paid for them I had already opened it. 2) The A/C in room 114 didn't cool very well and the toilet needs tightening down. 3) After 10:30pm I had to ask the front desk to tell the kids to stop running in the hall. The about 12:15am, 1:20am, 2:12am and the at last they stopped and the ones upstairs started.........OMGoodness!

The bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet, and the location was convenient to the places we wanted to go.

Not enough electrical outlets in room, bathroom could have been cleaner, shower wall had a crack in it below the shower head, workmanship on painting and caulking could have been better, ceiling had a stain where there had obviously been a bad leak at one time and the repair was very poorly done, need to add dehumidifiers to AC systems because the room was always damp to the point where the floors were slippery. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and not had this dampness problem. Perhaps after the renovation is completed some of these issues will be fixed.

It was convenient for me to get to my family. An food an almost anything else.

They had no security an people were scream 3@ in the hall way. The police were called for what ever reason it isn't safe to stay there in my opinion.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Nice staff and hotel was quiet. Bed was comfortable as well

Not that I didn’t like it. However I would have the rooms professionally painted and maybe change the paintings in the room. Also. Put four full size towels in the king rooms.

The room was great, the stay was nice, the breakfast was awesome and you were within walking distance for restaurant's

The gym could have had some ab balls and a yoga mat and cleaning supplies to clean the machines after use

My grandson liked the pool. The room was comfortable.

The hotel was being remodeled and I was not told when I called the hotel. The room ceiling was damaged and I was still charged the full price. Over all, the motel would have been nice if it was not for furniture all over the place. It needs a good paint job also.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good enough. I did not have to go out and buy it so that was a plus. I was by myself this trip if my kids were with me they would have enjoyed the pool. The hotel is close to alot of eateries and walmart if you need to pick up a few things. I was pleasantly surprised.

The rooms was clean front desk staff was real professional. And the breakfast was awesome clean food was always stock up excellent job.

Just one little thing I didn't like kids running in the hallway early in the morning yelling loudly.

It was nice and close to things that we wanted to do.

The only thing that I didn't like is that they were doing construction and had everything out front. I understand that they are improving but that should have been on the booking. When it gets finished it will look good!
