We were very pleased with the accomodations. The hotel was spic and span; the room was clean, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, and the air con unit was quiet so we got a good nights sleep. This is a pet friendly hotel but you would never know it - a great complement. And good to know as we sometimes travel with our pet.

Staff was friendly, very clean, great breakfast choices, great pricing!!! Will definitely stay here again.

Upon checking in I wasn't aware there was a $105 pre authorization. I had booked 2 rooms for our stay so it took $210 out of my account before even checking in. Thank goodness I had my credit card card so I could pay for my stay. The charges were gone by the next day but I should have been made aware of this upon booking.

Rooms were clean, crisp and a genuine surprise. Bed was as comfortable as a high end Marriott property. Breakfast suitable but would benefit from adding a few protein options (hard boiled eggs, etc) and internet was a bit slow. But… this was a very pleasant stay and we’ll definitely return to this brand.

Lean on breakfast and weak internet signal

It was conveniently located right next to the highway and had many food and gas options right up the road. It was well lit, so even after dark it felt safe. The staff in the office were nice and made me feel welcomed! I had a ground floor unit and was able to park right out front of my room.

It was a little noisy, but being next to a major road that is expected. I had no issues with anything property related.

The location was great. The desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made you feel comfortable.

The curtains wouldn't close all the way. I had to use a hair clip to keep it closed. The shower could use a little bit more pressure

Easy check in, very clean lobby, very clean room, comfortable bed, good size tv, etc,etc. Cracker Barrel next door, gas station across the street, very good location. will stay there again on our next trip.

Wi Fi could be better.

No coffee maker in room. Coffee in lobby was neither fresh or hot when we arrived around 6 pm. Went across the street for morning coffee. Never been to a motel where they didn’t supply coffee in the room.

Amazing experience. Jessica, Brandon, and the entire staff are wonderful. Pet friendly hotel. The location is amazing. Rooms have been and are being remodeled. No carpet, all laminate flooring. Lobby remodeled as well

If I had to pick something, the pool area needs attention.

We were quite surprised at the quality of our hotel stay for the money. Everything was spotless, smelled clean and everything was in working order.

Only 1 thing I would suggest is to replace the bathroom filters in the fan. They were very dusty. Everything was clean.
