The Coffee was great, the breakfast was good. The service over-all was very good was very helpful and kind in resolving a Booking snafu! I booked Two (2) rooms, but Booking.com had me for three. The site worked with me to solve and cancel the overbook. They might have rented that to a needy person. Maybe my old, fat finger was to blame... OR the Book.com site.

Firmer Queen beds, but that's a personal issue. For future planning, a choice in the rooms.

The staff did her best to make us comfortable. The TV had to be program. And the towels and wash rags need to be up graded they were full of wholes and black stains. The bathtub was patched, but was useable.The room was clean and comfortable .

Wasn't pleased about the towel and wash rags. I did have my own, so that didn't upset us after a 9 hour drive . Sherry out look and kindness was outstanding 👏

Breakfast was good. It was basic items you'd eat at home for a quick meal. Oatmeal, cereal, toast, fruit, etc. But they did have a waffle maker which was fun.

The hotel is a bit older but is still comfortable and completely fine. The only thing I didn't like was that the floor in my room was pretty dirty. I didn't realize how much so until I walked around bare foot after a shower and got in bed to notice a dirt smudge on the sheet. I looked and my feet were dirty. I washed again and wore my shoes in the room the next morning. But it wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay there again. They just need to mop the floors more often.

The location was excellen The rooms are very clean And the staff are very professional. The landscape with this place is beautiful white rocks the blue building couldn't say anything bad about this place. I will be recommending this to a lot of people. This is going to be my new getaway I love it there in Kingsland. A shout out to all the staff you did an excellent job keep up the good work.

Midnight crew weren't very accommodating when I had an issue with my room as apparently Priceline did not send the reservation over to the hotel...H ad to call Priceline for assistance as they were not helpful at all. Really did not go out of their way at all to try to help me I was very surprised at this.

Location was within a mile of our family and businesses. It was pet friendly, we have a service dog for husband, retired Deputy. 3 grands came to room to "hang out" so parents could have a nap and they loved the soft beds, the movie "Matilda" kept us entertained since it was 102 degrees.

The pool was being renovated, I specifically asked if the pool was operational before booking and was told it was open. Our a/c leaked into the room but was maintenance responded quickly.

Staff very nice, welcoming and friendly. Bed and room super comfortable. Shower in evening clean and good water pressure.

Water in morning was cold. No hot water for shower or in sink? Floor and wall behind bathroom door dirty looked like someone flung mud also same under sink vanity

I enjoyed my stay here- this location is perfect due its proximity to the highway. after traveling from maryland to central florida. this place was cost-effective and located perfectly off 95. The checking was very quick. Cons/ there are cameras EVERYWHERE! Lack of breakfast - but enough to get something and go - there are several restaurants within a minute drive if you want more

My husband liked being able to step right outside the door to smoke.

The breakfast was very slim. Not many options. I only went down one day out of 7. Normally we always eat breakfast every morning at the hotels we stay in.

The staff was very aaccommodating. There were no bugs in the room even though I was on the ground floor. The bed and bathroom was exceptionally clean.

There was zero storage to hang my clothes and no drawers to unpack my clothes
