I came up there for my proclaimed nephews high School graduation, graduation was about 10 minutes from that location. the breakfast were great the staffs were very polite attentive, enjoyed the pool area. And it was a great getaway for me. Great local restaurants right around there. I would definitely stay again. I was up there on my motorcycle, they do have a on-site police officer that by where my room was was right there by security or the police and it's a very safe environment I feel very comfortable, and actually met the deputy when I was at my nephew's graduation, LOL

Clean & well-maintained exterior; standard warm breakfast (e.g., make-your-own-waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, toast, cereal, etc.), and it was easy to navigate the premises. Sheila (who worked the front desk) was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The room had this high-pitched electrical / white noise sound that we couldn’t exactly pinpoint… it was annoying, but we were able to sleep through it. The room felt a bit older, but it was clean enough, though my daughter did need to take an antihistamine, finding the bedding somewhat irritating for her allergies & asthma.

The facility was much better than I expected for the cost. I believe it was the nicest chain motel I have ever stayed in. Room was nice, clean. Most motels now have body soap, shampoo and conditioner in large bottles attached to wall. The Kingsland BesWester had a good quality fragrant Shampoo, bar facial and body soap. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The outdoor pool was clean and I was able to do some laps. I enjoyed my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Hotel! The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. It was the perfect start to my day. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting me with a smile and eager to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and amenities!

I recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel, and while the overall experience was decent, there were a few issues. The room I stayed in had a slight smell of dampness, which was a bit unpleasant. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Despite the room issue, the service and amenities were solid, and the staff’s hospitality made the stay more enjoyable. With a bit of improvement to the room condition, it would be a great place to stay.

We arrived around 8pm on Aug 1st. The woman working at the front counter so sweet and welcoming! She had such a warm and welcoming attitude. She complimented how nice I looked which brought a wave of joy to me because I was certain I looked a mess after a 9 hour drive. I can't remember her name but kudos to her! Hotel is also secure! The front doors close at 10 or 11 I believe and you can only enter with a key. I've stayed at 3 other hotels in Kingsland and this will be my go to when I travel back!

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like.

Very welcoming BW. Cozy lobby and free freshly baked cookies in the evening. The room has a coffee maker, microwave and large refrigerator with separate freezer. Breakfast starts at 6:00 . The staff is very friendly. We stayed 9 nights waiting for our house to be finished and this was the perfect place to stay. Starbucks and restaurants close by.

Coffee is not good. Make sure to tell the reception if you want your room cleaned when staying for multiple days.

We loved that it had a fairly large refrigerator (for a hotel) in the room with a small freezer section. The linens, beds and towels were very comfortable.

The only improvement would be to keep the staff cleaning room door closed. It was right off the lobby and open every time we walked past. The lady that checked us in could have been more friendly.

Outstanding breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, plus the usual stuff. Plus: gluten free cereal, gluten free oats, and some gluten free rice crispy bars where the pastries are served. Real butter, real half and half, real honey, nutella. Top notch breakfast. Room was decent. Quiet. Comfortable beds. We were on 1st floor, and room a bit musty. We walked the 2nd floor hallway, and no such odor - so if I stayed again I would ask for a 2nd floor room.

Clean, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, good selection for breakfast and a very friendly, efficient woman working hard in the breakfast area. Fairly decent workout room (although it was very warm in there, like the A/C wasn't working). This is our third visit to this Best Western on our travels through Georgia, and it consistently has been a very restful place to overnight.
