the staff is excellent. Breakfast was excellent and well stacked.

Actually only 1 toaster was working which was not a big deal. the quality of the food was way above the average hotel breakfast. Fresh fruit, Waffle quality, muffins fresh and tasty, eggs fluffy and well prepared (not pebbles of over cooked eggs) sausage patty was flavorful and not to spicy. I believe it was turkey sausage which is a healthier choice. I must say the Marriott food culinary group selected quality products which are not labor intense. Thank you

Wonder location, close to the beach, wonderful facilities, beautiful location and facility! It was very family centered and comfortable. The breakfast area was the only thing I could say wasn't the best. The staff that worked breakfast were so sweet, but they ran of breakfast several times and it took them a long to time replenish the materials. Some things they ran out of, so it was mostly cereal and yogurt. They even ran out of coffee several times, taking 15 mins to restock.

Not sure I would call what you have for dining a restaurant. Even the bar was quesstionable. The maid cleaned the room one day, which was fine. I must have cut myself shaving, and left blood on my pillow case overnight. When we returned to our room the next day, the bed was mad and the bloody pillowcase was still on my pillow. Didn't care for that. Also, I don't believe that, when someone is paying good money to stay at a hotel, we should have to pay for parking.

It was close to the beach. The pool was very nice and spacious. The room was a little snug. The bathroom floor was tile and my son slipped and fell three times. We used the pull out couch and two queen beds. Very clean. However, the lobby was very warm and humid. Breakfast was pretty good, but eating in the warm was uncomfortable.

The lobby was warm and stuffy, the room was small, the fridge was too small and did not cool that good, my milk went bad.

The rooms are very spacious. It is a true suite with a couch and desk area as well as a very comfortable bed. There is a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was large with ample towels. The hot tub was great. The heated pool was beautiful but not very heated. Parking on site was convenient. Buffet breakfast included scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage patties and other regular breakfast items that you would expect. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and across the street from Fort Clinch but about a 10 minute drive to downtown Fernando’s Beach.

We stayed here for three nights. The room was large with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. Each floor has a laundry room, the hotel provided us with detergent at no cost. Plenty of parking space though we were charged for it? The fitness room was large, with modern equipment. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked clean. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby, though they are expensive for what you get. A car is essential if you are looking to move around here.

The property was beautiful. The customer service was excellent. I love the poolside with the little bar. I also like the fact that it was a restaurant across the street and the ocean was across the street and walking distance.

The fact that you had to pay for parking at the motel, I didn’t like that because I think if you reside at the hotel, you should be able to park there free now if anything happened to your vehicle I hope that they know that they are responsible for it and they have to pay for anything that happens to it

Denim, at the front desk, was fabulous! He was extremely helpful as well as providing exceptional customer service. Very knowledgeble. He should be considered an asset! The location of the hotel was excellent. Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very clean.

The breakfast was good but needs more variety in the daily menu. We were there a week and it was the same thing except for the sausage. Recently, stayed at a similar hotel, same price range, and they provided little omelets and bacon. They also provided a variety of fruit. And coffee all day. Cereals and waffles were great. Pool was nice. Beach chair and umbrella rentals would be nice since you are close to the beach. Have seen this with other travels.

Ridiculous to have to pay extra for parking. 15$ a day, and not inform song about it either. You can do way better than that, come on!!!! The amenities were good and the staff as well as location are great. The breakfast was okay, would prefer more healthy choices such as fresh fruit and vegetables and whole grain bread.

The hotel was neat and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice size and drinking water was available to guests at no charge at the pool. It was only a block away from the beach and restaurants were in walking distance.

Signage could have been better. I drove by the hotel once because I could not see the sign or naming on the building. It would have been worse at night.
