All the comforts needed for relaxing as well as exciting mini vacation! The location was excellent. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, plus the beautiful historic houses!

The bathroom needs some updates. The toilet was clean but had some residue like rust that looks like it’s dirty. Shower fixtures are worn but not terrible and some stains on the shower tub floor. The hallway carpet needs deep clean and good vacuum but not terrible.

The breakfast was pretty good and was convenient. I liked that they changed food selections each day.

The tiles in the bathroom and entry way needed to be scrubbed. There was grime on them which made me think they needed deeper cleaning. I took some photos. I was a little surprised because the hotel seems to be clean everywhere else....but It wasn't a deal breaker... I'd stay there again. Some amazing restaurants and small bars with entertainment nearby. I recommend Metzcal Oaxaca restaurant.

The breakfast had an excellent selection. The staff were super too keeping everything freshly supplied. We stayed there because of the location which is right in the harbour.

I booked the room for our 42nd anniversary. When we arrived we found that the fireplace did not work and all had been turned off because of a gas leak. I was extremely disappointed because that was the main reason for choosing that hotel and not a B & B. The manager pointed out that on the Hampton Inn site it was disclosed, but not on the Booking.com site. Again a major disappointment because I use Booking.com all the time. He did allow a $10 discount for each night, which I appreciated.

Location in Historic area was beautiful. Our room was awesome with sitting area at table. A counter with sink was so conventional. Comfortable bed, too. Variety of food at the complimentary breakfast.I think they have Mondays through Thursday Happy Hour in evenings. When we were there they had pizza, too.

The only negative thing was the shower door did not close adequately so water leaked slightly. The shower head also had slow drip. Didn't bother us so we didn't complain, but needs fixing.

The location was perfect for walking all around this historic little town. The room was very comfortable and the Staff very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at this Hampton many times over many years . Wonderful location , always comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly.

The shower floor could have been cleaner.

We love staying at this hotel! We stay here at least 4 times a year. I happened to mention to the lady at the front desk that it was our anniversary and when we checked in later in the day we had a nice card and a bottle of red wine. What a nice surprise!! The cookies in the afternoon are an added bonus for my husband, he loved them!!

Eric was an outstanding desk clerk!!! Tracy was excellent too..although Eric was the one we dealt with mostly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay.. even texted to make sure if our hotel stay was going ok. Tracy assigned us to another room before we arrived ..due to the one we had requested had some problems that needed to be fixed. I thought it may not be what we wanted, but it turned out even better! The breakfast was fantastic!! We couldn’t wait to go down and enjoy it! They have one of the best breakfast that I have ever had in an included price for a hotel! Love the location!!!

Not much at all.. Just a few minor things. The sofa bed didn’t have any instructions.. , but we finally figured it out. The plastic drape pulls were a little difficult to open and close drapes.

The only issue we had was with the air conditioner in our room. We had a suite, and the air conditioner in the sitting room rattled and was loud. We called for maintenance and they sent someone up, but unfortunately they were unable to fix the problem.
