Solid 3 star hotel. Staff was amazing. Bed was really comfortable (5'6" 230lb woman), room was cleaned but I find that my version of clean is different. Breakfast was good, not great but the ladies making the food was phenomenal. The staff made the stay, truly. No noise issues from other rooms. I felt very safe traveling alone.

Shower had the ceiling coming down when I first entered the room. I asked for the shower to be cleaned for the next day and it as missed. I asked for a second time and it was taken care of including fixing the shower ceiling.

This property and the staff here were absolutely amazing. We had traveled down on an emergency trip, which ended up turning into an 11 day stay due to the loss of a family member. The staff was so polite in respecting our privacy while we grieved, never complaining about us swapping out trash and towels with them in the hallway, or bringing an iron when we needed it. The front desk staff was so helpful when we explained the situation and allowing an easy “day by day” check in/out while keeping the same room, which relieved SO much stress. Each day and night, ALL STAFF greeted us with sweet smiles every time we entered and left, they checked on us. I mean the support from the staff being complete strangers was absolutely amazing. We’de like to do a special shoutout to Lashanna for being such a kind human being, offering comfort when it wasn’t asked for, and for going out of her way to show her sympathy. We also want to shoutout Lola for being so kindhearted throughout our stay and offering such kind words of wisdom as we made our depart back home.

The room was nice,separate bedroom and living room was nice.

The phones did not work, the jet tub did not work, the AC would not cool the room down until around 1am it stayed 73 degrees until then. Our stay was during 83 degree weather so having a room that didn't cool off until early morning hours wasn't great but we made the best of it. Also loading the dishwasher, it wasn't bolted in so if I didn't hold it, it would have fallen forward. Because of the jet tub it did smell like mildew when you first walked in the room.

The size of the room with a front sitting space, a nice kitchen, a nice bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two queen beds.

I got up at six on Saturday morning eagerly anticipating breakfast and a smooth start to a long day of travel. Alas! My hopes were dashed when I discovered that breakfast is not served until seven on Saturday and Sunday mornings. If that was in the in the advertising and confirmation, I missed it. All that I recall was reading that breakfast began at six (which it does on weekdays).

Rooms are big and furnished adequately. All rooms have full refrigerators, 2 burner stove tops, microwave, and coffee makers, and the bathrooms are all decent sized with more than enough room to move around!

The hot tub isn't working at all, and the dryers in the guest laundry were apparently backed up with lint, which causes you to have to dry your clothes more than once to get them fully dry! But when I reported the issue, they instantly had their maintenance employee check it out and he resolved the issue right then!

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay there as nice as they could. Lola and Lashauna are the nicest people. We had evacuated due to a hurricane and they made our stay very comfortable. Lola hosted a social for the hotel guests (mostly evacuees). The rest of the staff were truly amazing as well.

Hotel needs to be updated. Our room is in need of TLC. Our mattresses were very uncomfortable. Many things were out of order and need to be replaced.

Great value! We had a 2 double bed beautuful, large suite of rooms! Large living room with sectional couch, coffee table and rolling footstool, PLUS sideboard table and wheeled table and office chair. Kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 burner stove top, microwave, sink, cupboards and dishes, silverware, pans, and cleaning supplies. Full bathroom with large vanity. With a door to shut going into bedroom from other 2 rooms! Great for when someone cannot sleep and doesn't want to disturb others. Large bedroom, closet, folding stand for suitcase, bureau, TV (up high enough on wall so you don't have to prop yourself up.) Really it was like checking into a resort condo! Breakfast area was beautiful with ample comfortable seating. Breakfast choices included: real scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links, grits, myo waffles, bagels, toast, muffins, cereals, coffee and juices, fruit. Hotel sat back from the highway and was very pleasantly quiet. There is an outside pool. But it had lots of leaves in it due to recent winds. Fitness center and computers available and long term stay options too. Many dining choices available very close.

Nothing. Everything was great!

The Room was a one bedroom suite. The hotel and suites will be going through a complete renovation in the near future so any review I give will be valid for a month or two as of February, 2025.

The unit was missing some coffee cups and beverage glasses. The front desk said that they were not replacing any kitchen items before the planned renovations. For me, this was not a problem.

I loved the size of the room it was like a tiny apartment, the fact it had a bedroom and a sitting/living room area was great i will diffently be back the only thing i did like was the smell of the hallway everything else was great

The smell in the hallway, i thought maybe some one was cooking something but it was there the whole 2 days of my stay

I loved the room. It was like a condo. I liked how the rooms were separated. Living area with tv; kitchenette area; bathroom and bedroom.

Only 2 things I wished for: a floor to ceiling mirror and a shower/tub combo. Other than that everything was perfect. Wifi was a lil iffy; probably because of the amount of guests, idk. Thank God for unlimited data.
