Location was convenient but slightly loud being so close to hwy 27. The facility was great but did not offer extras. There was one working vending machine, $1 can soda. There was working coin laundry of one washer, one dryer placed outside under an awning. Ice machine was outdated and did not work. TV was good with great channels and sound. Clean room with very comfy bed. Employee was excellent, friendly, funny and helpful. Parking lot was well lit and the facility outside is under camera surveillance. We felt comfortable, welcomed and will return for the price.

It could use a new or repaired fridge in room, mine did not cool any drinks.

The room was suppose to be handicap room. The bathroom would have been unobtainable for most...small bathroom and bathtub shower combo. No walkin shower. It was on the ground floor so it was easy to access the room. So that was good

The room is clean and up to date, with great service and a friendly staff, beds are comfy, big tv with perfect air conditioning. Oh, and the wifi is great if you need it for work or play, and to be honest, it's a great price. The customer comes first here, and that's nice because that's not always the case at other hotels.

Needed more attention to detail in cleaning, the rooms. I'm not saying it was nasty. But they could do better. the curtains were hanging off hooks in some places. Love the bigger refrigerators.

The room is nice and clean, beds are comfy, tv is great size, fridge is a big with a good sized freezer, staff is friendly and accommodating, wifi is good speed and the lighting is perfect. It's never been noisy either.

Towels were forgotten, but it was quickly corrected.

Had to change rooms the first night because the A/C did not work then the room we got moved in smelled like cat urine they came and moved the sofa out was a little better after that

Kings Inn was a total pleasant surprise! I read the reviews before booking our room, nothing negative. The reviews lived up to their claims; in fact the place was better than the photos depicted. It was newly renovated, inside and out, new mattresses, TV, microwaves, and even the wood floors were new! The beds were really comfortable! The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the place was very CLEAN!!! The breakfast offering is still in progress. Coffee and tea are available in each room, along with a microwave, refrigerator and TV. The inn is very close to restaurants, both fast food and sit down; just take your pick. We called ahead to request an earlier check-in and to be accommodated for mobility issues. The owner graciously met our needs. We chose Kings Inn because we were in town for a wedding at Flat Bottom Creek Ranch, 15 miles away. You can't beat the price at Kings Inn for CLEANLINESS, COMFORT, BETTER THAN AVERAGE ACCOMMODATIONS, AND GREAT STAFF!

We liked everything about it and we think others will. We were the only out of town guests at the wedding that stayed there; others asked us how we found the place. I really had to hunt to find this place. They need to advertise more because it's a hidden gem in that part of Georgia.

It's budget friendly, always clean and quiet..the house keeper went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed..didn't get her name...I would recommend to anyone the hotel. Staff in the front was very friendly and professional..I will definitely stay here again!

Just an FYI, there is a dog on the office to greet you (in case you have a fear or allergy). Bed was firm but comfortable. Shower had good pressure.

They only left 2 towels in the bathroom. When we were going to our room, we could hear a dog barking in the room next door, but thankfully, once we were inside, we couldn't hear it.
