Room was very clean. Good housekeeping . Door to room very secure, felt safe in room.

Front desk staff was indifferent. Room smelled of cigarette smoke.

I was in a room with bugs . I broke out all on my arm ,and back; my legs , and my chest , and it itches. It forming like a rash. It’s also appears to be on my foot as well. This isn’t something I went through before at any hotel.

The fact that a lady who is a staff here knew about the room being infested with bugs . Might’ve had a few complaints in the same room I got bit up by bugs ; bed bug or something and never got me another room. She insisted it was mosquitoes And I never suffered from bed bugs I’m ashamed to even go out side , to show my skin, really feel like I wasted my money , risking my health just to keep out of trouble, and for safe travels.

Did not have breakfast. No toilet paper in room no rags no towels refrigerator did not work bathroom door was broke

The desk lady was the only good part!

It was dirty. The roaches everywhere the towels were not clean the comforters did not get washed after check out burn holes everywhere this place should not be open due to the simple fact that they do not wash any of their sheets towels pillowcases or comforters the owner slipped up and actually said that to us I don’t even think she realized it! I’ve been gone for a couple days and I’m still itching and I slept on top of the bed comforter with my own blanket

Sink dirty! Floor dirty! No remote to tv! They reuse the same dirty sheets ask the people from the night before! I watched them make the bed when I arrived! They didn’t change the sheets or blankets! I ask could they change them they told me that it was protocol that they do it that way! I will never spend money there again!
