The staff were friendly, I like the complimentary breakfast and the mattress was very comfortable. I liked that the rooms had a microwave and a refrigerator .

I didn’t like that breakfast ended at 9:30 but the staff started ending the breakfast between 9:15-9:30. When asked to replenish the eggs and sausage at 9:15 the staff wouldn’t accommodate and that was a disappointing experience when the complimentary breakfast was one of the reasons we booked our stay at this particular hotel.

Our stay was really nice. The wait time was a little long for the elevator, so we used the stairs. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would suggest putting side-tables with lamps on the outside of the beds instead of just in the middle so those sleeping there have a place for their phone, book, water, etc. I like that they have the big bottles of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Very eco-friendly. Breakfast was good, too. Lots of variety.

The Breakfast was fairly standard fare for a property like this. The food was fine. Loved the automatic pancake maker and the 24 hour coffee bar. The Staff we interacted with were friendly and courteous. The property location was perfect for our needs as we were traveling back and forth to Unidilla, GA during our stay.

Stayed on the 2nd Floor, but the ice maker was removed from its designated 2nd Floor location, so I had to go up to the 3rd Floor to get ice. Only 1 elevator, which meant you had to wait somewhat longer for an elevator to arrive, but it wasn't annoyingly long.

If you are looking for a great hotel and a good location, this is definitely your choice. I use to travel in that area at least every other month and would stay at this hotel frequently but then I moved out of state 3 years ago. So it has been a while since I was again in the area. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that Hotel had maintained its excellent accommodations. The staff was the same, very friendly and helpful and the rooms were still excellent and comfortable!

Nice pantry. Nice parking. Good breakfast. Large room, comfortable beds.

Pool was not cleaned Rooms need pen and paper and a restaurant list. Desk entirely too high. You would need to be 6’ 6” to use it.

Very clean! Friendly and polite staff, greetings every time you went in and out the door. Very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. Already rebooked for another stay this year . Very satisfied.

Zero complaints with this stay.

the breakfast was great. I really enjoyed the variety. I would like to see bigger coffee cups and maybe some flavoured coffee but other wise food was fantastic.

not that the hotel could control this, I wish the weather was warmer so the pool could have been used.

Cleanliness and new decor in room

Bad directions on maps and Waze to get there off I-75 heading south it wanted to take s in backway. Made it very hectic until we got to front desk. You need to post front desk at location

Breakfast

Fresh towels was never put in my room. Everyday I had to go to the front desk to get some . My room was never cleaned by housekeepers

The staff went above and beyond to try to resolve an issue with Booking.com. Clean and comfortable stay. Don’t ever use booking.com
