The room was nice and clean, It had a fridge microwave space to store items and everything else you could think of for being on a trip. The bed was nice acceptable, the sheets were clean and the pillows comfy. The bathroom was very clean and had all the amenities you need for staying. The location was also perfect as it had a walmart, Gas station and and a couple resturants all within a mile or 2 or less that were heloful for each day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come stay at it again.

The bathroom had some green tape on the mirror that was cleaned off. I also found some stains on the wall and some of the tiles looked dirty or chipped if you looked closely. The extra chair in the room was also super stiff and unvomfortable and wouldn't remmend using it.

The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Bed was nice and comfortable

The appliances, fixtures and lighting is dated, loud and a bit confusing and I had to troubleshoot items not working as expected. I do not know if my room was a remodeled room that was complete or not.

Other than being disturb by a knock on the door by hotel staff while i was sleeping and the do not disturb sign was hanging on the door, the suite was big, clean, quiet and comfortable.

I work nights and being that I work nights I have to sleep during the day. I always place the do not disturb sign on the door upon arrival to let them know to not knock or disturb me. On my last last visit, the hotel staff disturb my sleep for a cord for another guest TV after I got off work and I had been asleep for a couple of hours. I reminded him that I had the sign on the door for them to not disturb me. He did apologize but I could not go back to sleep afterwards and I had to return back to work that night. There was no meat option available for breakfast.

The staff was courteous, and there was fresh hot coffee when we checked in at 9 pm. There was a full breakfast bar, no breakfast bags being handed out. I asked for a ground floor room and they were very accommodating.

The pillows were small and uncomfortable. They carpet felt damp, but that could have been because of the humidity. It would be nice if they had wood or vinyl floors. More than one chair would have been nice.

Staff was friendly and accommodating! Facility was clean.

Housekeeping is suffering just like everywhere. Room had a smell and the shower curtain was soured, smelling up the bathroom. Breakfast area is shoulder to shoulder.

Location.

Cleaning supplies left in hallways instead of being stored away in proper closets. 3rd floor was being remodeled and was disastrous. In all it wasn't a terrible stay but with further work it could be even better. Will stay again once work is completed.

The location is great, 8 mins from downtown and 2 mins from a Walmart. In a nice wooded area, also has a clean pool. The room was very nice and the beds are so comfortable. Staff was also very nice.

Good location, quiet, free breakfast, room was clean and bed comfy. We had pets with us and they enjoyed it.

I was not greeted at the front desk for over 10 minutes. Had to ring the bell and shout multiple times to get someone to help me.

Clean and well kept. The bed was best we stayed in a while at any place. Big shower and clean bathroom. No major issues

Banging noise in morning and early evening but overall was a good stay.

Most of the room was very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The gentleman 3rd shift did not seem too well informed of ADA law regarding service animals. Did not give me a hard time about my medical alert dog (thankfully), but do wish staff was better informed of ada.gov website for future reference. Also needed to slide fridge to the side because we dropped something and you could tell it had not been cleaned under for a long time.
