I used the room once for an all day work session. The desk and chairs were comfortable and I had more than enought space to spread out.

The only thing was the bottom sheets you use on the beds - get fitted sheets, the ones you have kept pulling out from being tucked.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bedding.

I’m a dog owner, but didn’t like that they allowed pets. When you pay a lot for a four star hotel, you don’t want to hear barking dogs in lobby or get woken up twice in the middle of the night by a barking dog in the room next door, as we did.

We spent two nights in the beautiful and spirited city of Savannah, Georgia, and the Kimpton Brice Hotel was the perfect place to stay. This high-end hotel is well-maintained, with spacious rooms and super comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the warm atmosphere. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, truly one of the best we’ve ever had. Overall, a fantastic experience in a wonderful location.

The only downside was the valet parking fee of $49 per day. In my opinion, it’s a bit steep, but I have to admit it was handled very smoothly and professionally.

The location was lovely and quiet yet walkable to most everything in the historic area. Pet policy is nice since I had to travel with my small dog.

Check-in wasn't necessarily friendly or welcoming. Hotel offers a $20 food credit included with their $30 resort fee. However, they didn't apply it until I followed up and asked for a receipt, and they noticed their error. Valet parking is high, but we found a spot on the street, and since we came Sat night, we only had to pay for a couple hours of parking before it was free. I understand parking is at a premium, and the rates are standard for the area, though.

We loved the “wine hour” because we got to meet other guests. But the best part was meeting the dogs. They were well behaved and friendly. We felt the staff was friendly and attentive from the restaurant wait staff to housekeeping. Yucy (not sure I have name right- but she was from Brazil) was very thorough in cleaning and room was always picked up quickly and looked perfect. Makes a stay away from home more relaxing. Other members of the staff made eye contact said hello with a smile and always asked if we needed anything.

Nothing.

It was a nice hotel, a bit worn out, but otherwise typical 3 star experience. Looked better on the photos. Good location. Restaurant was very decent, and it was a save as it turned out in May, on Friday evening, good luck with finding a table at a nice restaurant in the area as a walk-in...

Our suite was located in the open outdoor walkway area, and you could hear the rumble of the luggage carts on the floor. We had a sleeper sofa to accommodate the family of 4 and bedding was not provided. I had to ask twice to get a new set. The hotel was dog friendly so the next day there were dogs barking constantly in the room next door since 8am. Oh, there was no complimentary water in a room other than 7usd per bottle Fiji.

Everything was very clean and beautifully up to date. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel staff was excellent to deal with! They were extremely friendly and very helpful. I never had to wait very long for the valet to bring my car whenever I went out. I also ate in the restaurant and had drinks at the bar and both experiences were superb. The food and drinks were excellent and the waiter and bar tender were outstanding!

They did run out of bottled water while we were there but there were glasses of water available in the lobby

We have stayed here before, and you feel like royalty when you stay here. The staff and comfort are exceptional and there is an amazing restaurant right in the hotel. The food was excellent. They are exceptionally dog friendly; you can even bring your dog for dinner. They are also one of the few hotels left that doesn’t charge extra fees for your dog staying there.

While this is not a negative, it’s more of a preference. I loved the old style and historic aspects of the hotel rooms when we stayed there before. Since then, the hotel has renovated most of their rooms now to a more urban, sleek, modern design that I am not really fond of. The rooms are a bit more sterile now, bit very clean. I miss the old world charm.

Love where it's located, Historic Savannah is wonderful. As soon as I got there, I was in my comfort zone with the staff and manager on site, great guy. Room was deliciously beautiful, very clean: baseboards clean, no cobwebs( especially over the vents), nice quality towels, sturdy beautiful bed, ect...The courtyard was a wonderful site, I didn't sit in the area but would pass by as the route I take from my room to the front passes by it. Man it's really a place of social comfort, in the evening the lobby and the bar area come to life, filled with light conversations, soft lighting, and good vibes. Definitely a good place... definitely!

Only gripe is that I booked for two days, but if you stay too long then it loses its vibe. Two to three days max then move on. They are a learning and growing place who have made changes and grown. Don't really have any dislikes as I haven't been there to see the progression this far, but I will say they are moving in the right direction. There's always challenges and they are or seem to be on the track to address and improve, they really are wonderful.

Quiet location yet still close to most sights. Easy walk to most things. Great outdoor pool and quiet outdoor courtyard. Rooms were quiet and comfortable and clean. Soft fluffy towels. Try the restaurant’s breakfast. The granola is amazing!

The lobby was dusty, dirty and stank like pee. The floor is scratched and dirty. The smell is overwhelming. The concierge was rude and unhelpful. When I asked where something was located that was a half block from the hotel he said, “Did you look at your map? It’s around here somewhere.” We found it in the opposite direction he pointed. A half a block from our hotel. Really he is not the man for the concierge job!!
