The lady running the front desk was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond on everything she did. There was one cleaning lady that also went above and beyond what she did also.

The man and lady that was in charge of cleaning was not what we expected they live there and he is always looking at the little girls to the point where it is very uncomfortable with the little ones he has no business working there. I will not stay there again as long as he is there had it not been for him I would recommend this place to anyone but as long as he is there I will not be back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone with children to stay here it’s a disaster waiting to happen the man was a foreigner and he has no business in this kind of work

Staff at the reception was very helpful. Note that there are no Uber services available at this location and the lady at the reception helped us lot in arranging transportation for going to Ritz Carlon Reynolds for attending the conference.

Everything was perfect. Value for money

The associate was able to accommodate my request for handicap room. I was traveling with my sister, who was unable to climb stairs. He immediately found a room that met our needs on the ground level.

I did not like the overpowering smell of FABULUSO that is used to clean the rooms. I appreciate it clean, but Fabuluso full strength is very uncomfortable.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Location was good for restaurants around Lake Oconee.!

The bathroom could’ve been a little bit bigger, but other than that, it was clean and met our needs

The room was clean and comfortable. The service was good. The staff was nice and helpful. I wish the breakfast had more variety of food. Everything was good.

Stayed here as a bolthole to travel to The Masters. Really easy to get to Augusta along the highway! Seemed like everyone staying here was going to The Masters. Accommodation basic but well kept.

Disused swimming pool in the corner of the grounds was a swamp - disgusting!

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large

The parking lot where I parked had a huge sink hole and my tire fell into it. I had a U-Haul enclosed trailer behind the truck and if that would have fallen in the sinkhole I would have been in real trouble.

Location was good. Liked the lighting in parking lot and also liked having a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

Everyone was very nice & the rooms was clean. The breakfast was good, we didn’t have no complaints.

Needs to do some updating on maintenance .

I am so glad we chose to stay this Quality Inn and Suites. It was conveniently located to my family's function and it had everything we needed. Quality Inn was also very impressive and affordable. I highly recommend it.
