The staff were very friendly from Mike at Checkin to your maintenance staff all the way to breakfast staff. Breakfast had a good variety, and the area was neat and clean. Every employee we met greeted us as we met them and as we were leaving. All that we encountered during our stay was great.

It was clean, had comfortable beds, and a nice staff. The breakfast was wonderful. I would stay there again.

The space under the door was so large that light and noise from the hallway and lobby came into the room easily. We could easily hear music at 3 in the morning.

The location was convenient. The hotel check-in lady was very helpful and recommended dining options. We tried one of her recommendations and it was good. The hotel smelled and looked clean which is always important to us. The breakfast was better than the typical hotel breakfast. The egg omelettes were actually tasty. The lady attending the breakfast was very helpful and even brought us a bottled water. She had a smile on her face and was a pleasant employee.

was a humming vibration in room⁸We had to skim the pool before we got in. There were hundreds of ants and spiders in the pool. That took the first 30 minutes of pool time. Breakfast was wonderful

The mattress was way to soft. As I was getting out of the bath tub the hand rail came off and I slipped. Rm 310. I reported this on checkout and I didn’t want anyone else to get hurt. Some people might use that to try for a law suit.

Great daily breakfast. Centrally located so we were able to make daily excursions.

I did not know we had to ask for daily housekeeping. I went up two days to request clean towels and to have the trash emptied on the second day. When I was checking out I was told I should have requested daily housekeeping on my arrival.

The pool was very dirty, one of the reason why I booked that hotel was because it had a pool but it was too dirty to swim in it we were very disappointed
