I really enjoyed the property. Nice location and around local stores and restaurants. The ladies at the front desk Amber and Alexis were very helpful. So Saturday afternoon I went down stairs and Amber was at the desk I ask her for some more towels and wash cloths and she got it with no problem. Sunday comes I went down stairs I was suppose to check out I decided to stay another night Alexis was there at the Front desk very Friendly and very much helpful she gave me some towels and wash cloths and had the housekeeper come by also. To Alexis and Amber thanks you ladies for everything while I was there because you ladies made my stay very enjoyable and I will be back because of you two ladies. Keeping on doing what you’re doing because I love a friendly and helpful front desk clerk it makes your stay 1000 enjoyable and make customers return over and over again.

When I checked in on Friday night the front desk clerk wasn’t friendly at all. I ask for towels on Saturday morning and the housekeeper never came by. I would think if you’re staying another night they would bring you more towels and wash cloths.

Very clean, new facility. Bed was very comfy and shower was excellent. The location was convenient to the freeway and had some decent food options. The front desk people were very nice.

No microwave in room which would have been nice because the free breakfast ended at 9 am. C'mon ... I always think 9 am is just a little mean for people who need a later sleep in after being on the road. The cleaning staff were also knocking on the door before 10 am. Guess this is a "get up and get outta here" kind of place.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. When we needed something they were helpful. It was nice to have breakfast before we left.

Couldn't operate the a/c at all. No buttons would cause any reaction on the face of the a/c nor would the temp or fan speed change and it would not turn off. Someone propped open a side door (to stay cracked so they could get back in) to the building one night and we closed it. The radio in the elevator area was a little hit loud and could be heard in the first room all night. Over all we were happy.

Location was great as we had just landed in Atlanta and were heading towards Columbia SC the next day.

We visited the breakfast room about 20 minutes before the end of breakfast. There was very little left in the hot egg and bacon keepers. Other than that, the rest of the breakfast items were plentiful and very good.

Great location, very clean.

The king bed was super comfortable but the room was a little small for the size of the bed. The deadbolt on the door didn’t lock properly. However: The manager was very apologetic and offered to switch our room, but we didn’t want to move our luggage. We still felt safe and had no other issue.

We liked the way this hotel was refurbished with nice finishes, new heating/cooling system and comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was nicely renovated as well. The entire suite was very clean.

We couldn't get the TV to work. However wifi did work well, so we used our laptops.

The room was in excellent proximity to the dining area and a great handicap accessible to the shower!

The curtains didn't cover the window, completely allowing anyone to peek into the room. There was a unique musty smell in the room, not sure if it was the carpet or what!

The room was small but nice. Clean, bed comfy and convenient

Check-in attendent was not very helpful. We asked for a late checkout, which she said she would check on but we never heard from her. Much nicer staff last time we were there.

Breakfast was nice 👍🏽 location was Perfect too get from point A too B… Great location for family too pick up and visit..

The 24 hour water and coffee bar was excellent! The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean.

The breakfast area was too small and cramped. The parking lot is very tight (made worse by people parking where there isn't a spot).
