Value for distance to beach. It's a decent priced motel 1 block from the beach. It's reasonable and the people who work there are nice.

Look, this place is a great budget motel, a block from the beach, with no crosswalks. It's not going to be pristine. Keep your shoes on, you're probably going to smell sewer gasses occasionally, some stuff is going to be superficially broken (our most recent stay, the shower rod was cracked on the wall and we needed to be gentle with it. The shower started holding water a few days in. The stay before that, we had to switch rooms because the toilet was leaking and the new room's fridge didn't work) But, the people that work there are nice, the beds are clean and its an easy walk to the beach on the side of the pier that we like.

Comparatively to other hotels the value was awesome! We stayed 2 nights and it was clean quiet at night and very comfortable. Of course it has some years on it, but overall it was very nice! Pool was clean, cable TV had lots of options like on demand, live or Netflix. Sheets and comfortor were nice and 3 pillows on each bed, just like the picture online. No unexpected surprises. The lady checking us in was very nice and she smiled, which you don't see a lot of anymore.

Maybe a little touchup paint on the railings and stairwell cause that's the first thing you see and it was a little scary at first, but once we got settled in, it was quite nice. I also understand it's hard to keep high traffic areas, especially with luggage, looking perfect. So it's understandable.

Location was absolutely perfect. Steps to the beach, pier and so many restaurants/shops. Rooms were a reasonable size and all furniture and bedding were clean and in good shape. The bathroom in our room was a little run down (paint peeling, dirt and dust behind the door and toilet, chipped sink, etc.). Staff were all friendly and informative. Free wifi and free parking for one vehicle. Decent sized outdoor pool (they did not provide towels for that but we had our own beach towels). Family friendly and they allow animals at no additional cost which is a nice bonus!

Location to beach was great.

My room wasn’t ready for an hour after check in time. Had to go up to front office 3 different times. They tried to move me to the front to an open room, when they knew my family had another room booked already on the back side. They was hateful about me not wanting to switch rooms. Asked for towels from the cleaning lady, she went an got the manager she came back to our room an said what’s the problem to my 14 year old daughter all hateful. All I needed was towels. Very rude an hateful people.

It was a very short walk to the beach. The room was very clean and the AC was AWESOME lol. As a couple who sleeps very hot, we both woke up freezing lol. It was WONDERFUL. Our experience at check in with Trinity was great! She was friendly and welcoming. The person at the desk in the morning was also very kind and welcoming but I unfortunately didn’t catch her name.

I’m not really sure. Everything was great and accommodating. The bathroom was a little small but that’s all.

On 4th of July day, people were trying to park and they were taken app parking places that belonged to the people in the rooms, and it was trying to hard to park and they wasn't supposed to be there and you didn't have time to find them to move. Just a little bit more better parking when special occasions.

The front desk was great when we requested to have a ground room floor. The beach was literally a three minute walk, it doesn't get better than that! I especially loved being able to wake up and walk around the corner for a great cup of coffee and yummy bagel. The location really is perfect. At the end of our stay we locked our keys in the car, and if it wasn't for the front desk calling in help we would have had to get a locksmith. We will definitely be returning.

Staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Perfect distance from the beach and the entire area felt very safe. Loved that we were walking distance from so many local restaurants and shops too!

Parking was a bit tight, but a few spots were always available to us. Beds were also a bit firm, but otherwise we were very comfortable.

The motel room was good, but it was small. I prefer it to be bigger, but it did meet my needs. The Motel Beds were very uncomfortable it; there was a mattress on the bed frame but no box spring under the mattress. we could not sleep very well other than that my experience was ol
