I have been visiting here for years during the early months. The staff is always nice, generally very clean, and the heated pool was amazing. The only reason I am giving it 8 instead of 10 is a few things: When we went to plug anything into the wall in our room it sparked and the plugs almost shocked us. We weren’t able to plug anything into those and had to use the side table plugs. Also, I wish they would bring breakfast back. Definitely needs an electrician to take a look at the plugs though. Other than that, they’re top choice to stay in my opinion.

Location and price.

It could use a bit of a face lift. The breakfast has been closed since Covid but should be reopened again. There is a beautiful breakfast room just sitting there.

Great location with easy onsite parking. Wonderful staff and great, spacious room & bathroom. Within walking distance of restaurants (including breakfast places).

The hotel informs guests about this, and it didn't really matter to us, but it is important to keep in mind, that this hotel does not have an elevator which means that you will need to walk up stairs to get to rooms located on the 2nd floor (you also have to carry your luggage up those stairs).

Overall, no issues. The room was quiet, very clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Room was recently renovated which was very nice! The check in staff was great. Checked out with no problems or issues.

There was no elevator-for one night was NOT an issue but if I had to bring up any more luggage then I would have been annoyed. The hotel used to offer breakfast but due to COVID, they have stopped this feature. I think that is a crock because MOST other hotels have resumed this service. I think the hotel just wants to keep more money and not offer this amenity any longer. I did know this when booking but there were not too many other options in the area due to a last minute booking. If I was to return to the area, I would find an accommodation that offered it.

The environment was clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The staff,especially Taylor checked us in and was very helpful in telling us about where to go for food and entertainment. The facility is a non smoking facility and the pool was clean. You can walk to the beach and pier and parking came with the reservation. You can literally park and walk everywhere without having to drive again till you're leaving. The rain shower in the bathroom was lovely and you have enough towels for your whole visit. I'll definitely book the hotel again.

The room had a funny smell on entering the first night but we brought an air freshener and got used to the room's smell. Other than that,there's nothing not to like about the hotel.

The property is in a great location. It’s the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We had a U-Haul trailer, needed extra parking spaces & the management was extremely accommodating. Cecilia, one of the front desk managers is so friendly & helpful. I felt like we left there gaining a special friend in Tybee. The hospitality staff were so friendly as well!

The only concern we had was the single safety bar in the front of the shower. There should be one on the other end as well.

Very friendly, affordable, very close to shops and the beach. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The free parking at the hotel was nice, since most places in town charges for parking.

Overall everything was nice, but could have a few upgrades. The toilet was finicky, had to hold handle all the way down until fully flushed, and even then, sometimes it would just continue to run. The beds were ok, but not as comfortable as one would think. The only other thing I could recommend is a little more soundproofing. Most of the guests were pretty quiet, but you could hear most everything in the hallways....still though, Overall it was a nice place to stay.

we went in December, so we did not mind the lack of party atmosphere or crowds. it was a wonderful slow pace and everyone was so friendly. The hotel is close to beach, not on the beach but again didn't mind. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean. They gave enough towels for our stay at check in, that was a wonderful change, I hate begging for towels at front desk.

it may sound silly but the ac didn't stay on and I could not figure out how to put it on fan mode. The sink faucet or the aerator needs to be looked at. couple of times when washing hands or brushing teeth my shirt would be sprayed. not enough to soak or ruin my mood. *2 Things* there was little cosmetic damage to the furniture in some places and there is no breakfast or meals served here. Others have listed the lack of food as a complaint online (i didnt mind). There are several non-fast food places within walking distance.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Admiral Inn in Tybee Island, Ga, this week. We were there Tuesday afternoon until Friday morning. The staff was amazing. Both friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean and the staff was constantly cleaning, and told them thank you when I seen them cleaning. We will be back. It's in walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Also, in walking distance to the beach. Thank you again, for our wonderful vacay.

There was nothing we didnt like

it was close to the beach - walking distance so nice and handy for the kids. We were only there 18 hours or so. My kids loved the beach. Didn't do too much in the evenings since it poured so hard so went to Savannah to eat dinner. I got up early the next morning to walk along the beach one last time before getting into car for 16 hour drive home. It was pricey but can't complain since you would have to pay for parking. I recommend if staying 24 hours or less

the day/night went too fast.... But other than that it was great over all
