The hotel is nice and clean, it is a good base to visit Haleakala and drive to Hana. The bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean, the bedroom with 2 double beds is a bit small for 4 people but we managed and could open 4 languages easily. The front desk people are very helpful and welcoming, they gave us 2 water bottles and a discount for the nearby restaurant. There is coffee and tea in the lobby, it would be great if breakfast was included

we liked the proximity to the beach and airport. their outside area is also very nice with games, fire pits and cool round giant chairs.

we didn’t like that the keycards often didn’t work or took many tries. we had to go back to the front desk a few times and saw other guests doing the same thing. the front desk person also told us with the storm the road to Hana would likely close, got us all worried, but then when we talked to a couple other locals they laughed at this and reassured us that the road to Hana only closed extremely rarely. it was totally fine for us. other staff was great.

Nice beach location, great facilities and a pool table and books!

If they had more (and friendlier) staff, it would help a LOT (our party was kept waiting for hours as none of the rooms were ready; at check-in time, there were only two people on duty and they were unfriendly; the night guard is grumpy and mean)

I love Everything.. when we arrived the lady at the counter was extremely kind when she greeted us. She asked us about our trip. When we told her it was to celebrate our daughter's birthday, she showed genuine joy, upgraded our room, and gave her a gift of snacks.

Clean room, good coffee in the morning, nice toiletries. Hotel grounds are lovely with a beach.

Didn't like the surprise "facility" charge. I think it was about $30 per night.

The property is next to the beach and is undergoing some construction due to a new Hampton hotel being built next door. The hotel has a quaint feel to it. It’s next to the beach and provides a fire pit and rocking chairs to sit outside and enjoy the view.

The outside area with the games was very nice. My kids liked playing there! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! This made our stay so much more pleasant.

The pool was a bit disappointing. We chose not to use it at all.

The location was great! Close to public transit as well as local beaches.

The bathrooms need updating and could be a little better maintained. They were clean and all the toiletries and towels were perfect, but there was mold in crevices.
