We are original from Westside but live in Europe now for work, just came back for holidays to visit friends, family, and enjoy our culture. Staff was awesome and for our family location couldn’t be beat. It’s the holiday season so price well I will leave it at that it was competitive to similar properties.

For our family it was nice but price was a killer but like I said before it’s holidays on Oahu not much u can do so it was fair rate.

Wonderful staff with a clean and comfortable accommodation that included access to a washer/dryer at extra cost. The breakfast was the best we have ever had and we travel a lot; the breakfast alone made it worth staying at. Plenty of towels at request, a balcony that made coffee in the morning an experience and bedding that made sleep comfortable.

We anticipated a bit of a fuller kitchen in the suite; the fridge was a mini and there was no coffee pot...just the single serve set-up. As travelers who were staying for several days, not having a full fridge to store liquids and snacks was a bit of a bother. If we were just staying for a night, it's not an issue. And, we actually went out to purchase a drip coffee machine at Target just a half mile away.

Every housekeeping staff and restaurant staff encountered was welcoming, courteous, friendly and efficient.

After meeting with a front-desk staff and reviewing in detail my dispute relating to a proposed $100.00 charge for an alleged room upgrade, the front-desk clerk assured me that so such proposed assessment would be made because no upgrade had been requested or granted. The clerk failed to do as promised and the unauthorized additional charge was made to my credit card and Embassy Hilton has not responded to any of my written requests for correction.

That it was clean, fairly modern and staff were super friendly. Great, they didn't charge the fees, eg, resort fees

Sprigs menu for fish n chips should be taken off the menu. Fish was deep fried and soaking in oil with a tasteless batter. This was like fish in a box from the frozen section at a supermarket. Also take the fries off as they looked burnt and reheated, soaked in oil, yuk. Looked unappealing!!! There was a fire drill where there was no staff member or warden to check the floors free of guests, visitors or staff. Staff did not let people know where the evacuation area was. Not good health & safety practice. Would be good if they had a shuttle service as the opposite side to Waikiki. Don't charge parking fees, and you may have more people stay as a way from the main centre.

it's our 8th time here, pool area had no lights at 7:00pm, 1 washer out of 2 was not working. the 2nd floor mezzanine furniture upholstery very worned out. our room only had towels for 2 people, we reserved for 3 people. the bed is old, air-conditioning is warm at night. the sofa bed, when opened up, barely fit between the TV console. noticed the room has been through wear and tear, showing aging.

Amazing job front desk Hanai . Thank you I sleep well after you help me . We will come back again . Breakfast it yummy they change the menu everyday I love the omelet . Hopefully breakfast schedule early than 7 am . the bussers 2 Mexican bussers the gentleman and young lady they working hard I don't have their names . Thank you amazing stay. we will come back again nextyear .

The breakfast that was included with our stay was excellent. The lobby was clean and well kept. The staff at the omelet station were hardworking and always greeted guests with a smile and kind word. The front desk staff greeted staff with a smile and responded to concerns quickly.

The fitted sheet and mattress pad was stained. I was unsure if the sheets had been changed prior to our arrival. I stripped the bed and changed all the sheets. I went as far as removing the mattress pad at which time I saw a pee stain on the mattress. I also saw small ants in the first room we were booked in. The front desk moved us to the room with the stained mattress. Refrigerator not working when we arrived in both rooms. We were given an extra Refrigerator in the room because the one in the room was not working properly when we arrived.

Affordable comfy great location to be out of the traffic from Waikiki. Front desk checkin was awesome and informative.

The staff in the dining area. We went there for dinner at the service was horrible. Could get refills food was terrible. One server “Did not know” a lot of question we were asking. What time breakfast was served? She could not ask another co worker? She just shot us down. They were very put out by us being there.

Excellent breakfast … good variety, food cooked well; helpful and friendly staff; facilities were clean, well kept and well lit

Shower not disability friendly … no handle bars for assistance in and out and during shower; towel peg placed too high for a short, elderly person with balance issues, and the short step into the shower was an issue also

The location was great, away from busy Waikiki. The hotel was always clean. I really liked that they locked the doors at 10pm - just remember to have your room key to open them. :)

The washers available on-site smelled like they needed to be aired out and cleaned. It smelled like mildew, but if you don’t do laundry on vacations, you’ll be fine.
