A beautiful, peaceful resort with a stylish atmosphere and not many people around.

We were fortunate to be grandfathered in with free parking, but it feels off that a resort charging hundreds of dollars doesn’t include parking. Given the abundance of land, its remote location, and the fact that the only way to get there is by car, charging for parking just feels in poor taste.

Amazing location! Perfect for family with kids. We were upgraded to a partial ocean view room with direct access to the garden, and the kids loved being able to go easy outside and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The nice sandy beach was great for the kids and the lagoon was spectacular, full of beautiful fishes! Staff were friendly and very helpful. I requested a mini fridge in the room and they also provided me with a microwave once I arrived. That was very helpful as we were travelling young kids. They also have laundry available. Oh and the food and drinks..so good!! Highly recommend we will be back.

It would be nice if they could add a small playground for kids. They have so much green space and I think it would make a great addition to an already amazing place.

Beach: The beach was great. Plenty of seating, very easy to rent equipment to go do several things. The 1 hour free snorkeling includes each day was a great hit for us. Swam with several turtles. The reef isn't necessarily the most colorfull and lively we've ever seen, but definitely still very beautiful to look at. We're a bit adventurous, so we wanted to rent paddle bords, kayaks and surf boards to go out off the cove with, but that wasn't allowed without a guide. They could be utilised inside the cove. Room: The room was very nice. Bathroom was great and there was a lot of closet space. The TV was an older model, so it wasn't possible to stream anything or cast to it, which didn't bother us, but definitely is notable if that is a requirement. Food: We mainly ate at the breakfast buffet, which was quite varied. Enjoyed the fact that you could get freshly made omelets by a chef every morning. Ate dinner at Browns looking at the sunset. The food was great and can definitely recommend that. The purple Ube bread, that they served was a highligt and the service was super good

The service as the breakfast was a bit distant. Could be hard to get a spoon, to-go cup og things like that.

Amazing location and the property is beautiful, much better than I expected. The private beach is really nice with a lot of different type of fishes and turtles around. Clean and clear water. I am surprised not more people go to the beach! The sunset is amazing from the hotel.

When i checked in, the receptionist asked me if I'm celebrating something, i told her it's my birthday tomorrow. She then said we can send some champagne or chocolate covered strawberries. I asked for the strawberries, but it never came. I checked again the next day with the same lady and she said "oh, they didn't send it?" Then she said she will ask them to send again, but of course I never got it. It's not that I cared so much about the strawberries, but don't offer it if you don't really mean to send it.

The location is amazing and the property is absolutely beautiful. Some areas of the resort and the rooms, mainly the bathrooms are in need of an update, but overall the resort is spectacular.

Staff was consistently helpful. Room request and upgrade appreciated. Beautiful resort. No charge for self parking was nice. Love the water bottles and refill stations around the resort. ALso found the pool staff helpful and enjoyed the chair covers and towel service.

Beverage and food prices high

We spent our honeymoon there and the whole stay was incredible. The hotel is luxury, but doesn’t try to be something it’s not. The staff are its biggest asset, friendly, efficient and helpful. We were sent complimentary champagne and they allowed us to stay throughout our last day as we had a night flight.

The hotel was a little tired in places.

Love the layout of the property. Showers were great.

The beds were old and mattress hard. Pillows could have been softer. Only one breakfast place. Would not recommend the photography center.

Such a beautiful property with amazing sunsets and snorkeling from the bay. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms are a good size and the restaurants onsite offered good food!
