The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Temperature was easy to regulate. Didn't use the pillows. The shower pressure and temperature was good. Good value for a one-night stay.

To rate a hotel a 9 or 10, curb appeal matters. For me, the lobby seemed dirty and there was a musty odor. To be honest, I rushed through as quickly as possible, and was worried the room would be the same. It wasn't. The room was good. Spruce up the facilities and the ratings may go up. Note: there is no elevator to the second floor.

The location is great, very close to the exit 49 off of I-90, and right next door to a great diner called Sam's. The breakfast offered is just a piece of fruit or a bagel, but go next door to Sam's where breakfast is served all day long. Fantastic food that we always look forward to.

They do not have an elevator so carrying heavy things to an upstairs room is difficult. Things like coolers that have to get left in the car.

The Silver coffee was great. We ate next door with family at Sam's I think was the name, and it was excellent.! The hotel was dated but very clean and the room was updated with a great bed and nice bedding. Huge T.V. and very nice staff. Thank you to the housekeeper, the room was very clean .

The bathroom was a bit small. The toilet was right next to the shower and the fan was super loud. Not a big deal for me but it could have been a bit larger.

The staff was friendly and nice and accomidating

There was a gym advertised and in reality they were in the process of remodeling the gym and getting new equipment from what I understood.They don't have blow dryers in the rooms you have to check one out, which I'm finding is a common thing anymore? Otherwise, it's was great experience.

The breakfast items were a joke, granola bars, coffee, and a couple bagels and that was it. Price was a little steep for what I got. It’s an older hotel so no elevator, rooms smelled a little musty. There’s no elevator so if you have bags, good luck.

For a grab and go breakfast it was surprisingly great! Great location - quiet and in walking distance to food.

A little dated but has been remodeled and was clean. Taxes increases from when I booked to when I arrived so I had to pay more without warning.

Nice location room was nice recently updated however the new sectional carpet was not the best.

The room had been updated mostly nice but the sectional carpet, well that had issues. It was moving and bunching up and for some would be tripping hazard. It was nice looking but needed better securing to the floor.
