The fact that our grown son could have his own bed ( not a pullout) in his own private space without buying another room. Our mattress was wonderful. Our rooms and shared bathroom were clean. We count on the convenience of this hotel when visiting my Mom kids grandma in Glenview.

I saw a bug crawling on the couch when we first entered the room and turned the lights on... it crawled under the cushion ... I was too tired to fuss about it and told myself it was probably a harmless box elder bug but didn't want to think of cockroaches. The reading light didn't work by my side of the bed.

Very poor internet Parking lot / building spotlights aimed straight into the room Loud ventilation mechanicals in room I especially disliked my booking from booking.com...servers slow or non functional. Room was booked to include breakfast...this did not show as such at the hotel. Booking.com application was totally worthless...kept saying oops we have made an error...no option to reset password...email receipt did not show useful level of detail....the dumbest part of this app is the booking number shows in blue in the middle of a blue booking.com logo....impossible to read...the programmers of your app must have been drunk....this is my one and only time I will ever use booking.com...

When we arrived at the property we quickly became aware of how close to the highway and the roaring rush hour traffic it really was. Absolutely roaring. Then we became aware of the dozens of energetic and joyful young hockey players there for the weekend. Oh well. But once in our room, we heard nothing. Absolutely nothing. There was a door that we could have closed between the tv area and the bedroom but that wasn’t necessary. It was very clean and the staff was excellent. I can’t speak to the food as we picked up coffee and a muffin from the Starbucks counter in the lobby and enjoyed that in the bright and airy (huge) atrium space. Highly recommend and would stay again. Easy routes to our daughter in Edgewater.

The rooms in are very nice and very clean. A great ambience to the hotel. The staff was amazing. They were very accommodating and nice. They brought up a sheets pretty quickly after we asked for some for the pull out bed. They even gave us bottles of water daily. I have never had a Hotel do that before and it was very nice.

The only thing that I could say that I didn’t like was the coffee at the bar area. It was not horrible but it wasn’t good enough to be called Starbucks coffee. I think they should really invest a little bit more into the coffee aspect, but it won’t keep me from staying here again

The rooms are large. I like having the door between the living room area and the bedroom. I was able to get up and go make my coffee while my husband slept in. I like having the extra sink in that room. the rooms are quiet. the living room acts as a buffer to the noise in the hallway.

it would be nice to have better lighting to do makeup in the bathroom. it was very hard to see

Large room with 2 queen beds and TV in bedroom and separate sitting room with couch and second TV, refrigerator, coffee maker. Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Beautiful big atrium in the center of the hotel. Fitness room looked great, but no time to try it out. Bar in lobby became a Starbucks in morning for coffee drinks and ala carte breakfast menu. Expensive, but looked good. Buffet breakfast also available at the time of our stay, $15 for adults, $12 for kids. I had coffee and scone, so I can't review the food. Noon check out was good. Free parking was great.

Older hotel could use some updating. Lobby did not smell good. Room was worn but seemed clean. $50 taken from credit card for "incidentals" is not uncommon. No microwave in room. Overall, not much negative to report.

Liked how all the rooms faced the atrium.

It is more business park like setting in my opinion but drive to restaurants, drug store, gas station wasn’t too far. I was very disappointed when my 14-year old found an unwrapped condom in our room. When I checked out for our stay I gave the condom to I believe the manager who was checking us out. He first asked if I had their rewards card. I told him no. He then told me he would take 10% off my bill. I said did he need any info for me to give me the discount for a found condom in my room and he said he would talker care of it. Of course he didn’t and I was so rushed to get out of the hotel, since we were late to a funeral due to the long checkout line, I didn’t get the person’s name at the desk. 😔

Loved the size of the room and that it had a separate sitting area with a TV and wet bar. Nice and cozy for a peaceful get away. The staff was attentive.

I would like to see the courtyard utilized for entertainment of some type of activities. It's good space that is going to waste.

Staff were really friendly and always willing to help. Room was excellent - spacious with a nice seating area, good working space, if required and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was extra and whilst choice was limited the food was very good was and waiting staff very attentive and accommodating

It’s nicely decorated the ladies at the front were very friendly. I love that there’s a Starbucks in the lobby! The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. I love that you can log into your own Netflix account in your room too!
