Staff- Pamela in guest services was topnotch. Ira in restaurant was friendly. Charles (Porter) was helpful. Food at restaurant /sports bar was very good. Non-smoking room did not smell like smoke. Win! Accessible room was very spacious. Lake view was very nice. Casino's rewards program was generous. Phone charger in casino was super helpful. It was safe and fast.

Bed/mattress was AWFUL. Needs to be replaced immediately. Uncomfortable,sagging, disappointing. Service in restaurant (sports bar) was very slow. Smoking allowed! Yuck! Most casinos have coffee and soft drinks available free at all times. Not here. Signage was very limited. Only found one set of bathrooms and finding exit to parking garage was difficult.

Love the location. Very clean. Everyone was super friendly. Did like the security features, like having to key in to use the elevator. Food options were good, but expensive.

So we originally got this location because we thought it was close to a venue we were going it’s actually like 15-20 minutes more. Not ideal but it was fine. We didn’t like that you had to go through the casino for parking, even though valet was free very nice perk , we have trust issues so we didn’t use it lol. We also stayed in a non smoking room. Room itself was non smoking but hallways and elevator smelled smoking.

The room size was very spacious. The bathroom has plenty of space and included both a shower and separate tub area. I was glad that the hotel was smoke free, as the attached casino was not. The hotel is near the marina, so you can get some nice views.

The location seemed a bit isolated. There are no other restaurants, shopping etc. in the immediate area. You definitely need transportation.

The property was very clean. It was close to the city and our venue.

There was no microwave to warm leftovers. Also, I have a medical condition and needed additional pillows, but was told i could not have any. Also, was told I could not have any more than 4 extra hangers. The staff was unfriendly and was unhelpful unless you had money in your hand. Last, you need a pool at this facility!

I like everything

The room didn’t have a microwave, and I requested a room with a view , it was my husband birthday so it was special. But the reception lady did not give it to me and she had an attitude. Matter of fact all the receptionists had attitudes . Need more friendlier staff.

The hotel and casino are staffed by the BEST people. Cannot stress how important it is to have such a great crew working there. The room was immaculately clean and had SO much space. Bed was comfy. Loved the specialty shampoo and body wash! Lovely view at night from our window. Quiet and a good night's rest. We were able to check in early. The casino is the best we have ever been to. So many perks and amenities and we always received help from the staff when we had a question. Plenty of parking and free valet. We will be back!

If I had one complaint it was that the pillows were too firm. That's it! This place is AMAZING!

Very pretty hotel from the outside landscaping seemed to be in good shape

Didn’t really like the location. Nothing was around it. Found a black flip-flop underneath my bed that was not mine and my friend. I found a Q-tip by the floor lamp that was not hers.

Very nice room overall. Restaurants in casino left much to be desired. Staff did not recommend food at any restaurant except expensive steak restaurant. We had to leave the premises and search for food in the sketchy surroundings offsite.

Need better restaurants in casino.

The room was the perfect size and the bathroom was so spacious simply beautiful. It was quiet on my floor which was a plus . There was no microwave in the room but it did have a mini fridge. I will be booking another room soon

The free parking, close to everything need to have a great time. Restaurants, casino, access to other shops around the building was great.

It's setting behind a huge steel factory. Wish I could choose the other side where the great view of Lake Michigan.
