Entered in address provided on here into maps and it took us to the middle of nowhere. Fortunately we had passed it (thinking there might be 2 locations since the gps still had us traveling some miles still) and were able to double back and realize the one we passed was our location.

The staff is wonderful, friendly, and attentive but not intrusive. I was delayed an entire day and finally checked in at almost 10pm. I must have looked as bedraggled as I felt because the gentleman at the front desk got me situated quickly and assured me that anything i needed but didn't have would be brought to me. I found my suite at the end of the building with no one immediately next door for the first few nights. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. And he was true to his word because the 2 things I asked for during the week were provided immediately and cheerfully. My room was attractive and in order; I slept very well on a new mattress. The kitchenette had a range with an oven, microwave and a full size refrigerator with a freezer that actually kept things frozen! Tableware, pots, pans and utensils were clean and fine for cooking a simple meal. I especially liked that there was plenty of hanging and drawer space to put my things away.

The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was closed; but on my last morning, there was someone working in that area, so I think it's being addressed. The back deck was a nice surprise with a pleasant country view. Hay was mowed, raked, and bailed while I was there, and the smell was heavenly. It appeared that many mattresses were recently replaced because, unfortunately, several old ones were visible from back there waiting to be picked up, but it was a small thing. Even less significant was that the towels were dull and a little thin but not stained and smelled fresh. Linens are expensive to replace, and everything can't happen at once. The sheets were new and snow white, though, which is much more important to me.

It was quiet , clean, comfortable and attractive. This place has always had a great reputation and it seems like the new owners want to keep that up. The front desk clerk, Judy, went above and beyond in hospitality. She also helped me when I struggled with the tv (my technological inadequacy). When I found out that one guy does the maintenance, groundskeeping and most of the cleaning, I was gobsmacked. Saturday morning (not too early), some staff was out power washing one of the buildings. The location can't be beaten, convenient yet basically in the country. I highly recommend.

Had a slight issue when we first arrived but the staff was quick to fix it. Enjoyed having the full kitchen and grills on the property. Definitely will stay if back in the area

The manager was very helpful when we got a wrong room, and he (Jay) immediately switched us to the proper room. The room was nice, and very clean and comfortable. The benefits of having a microwave and coffee maker in room and an excellent large clean ice machine available nearby were great but the total bonus for us was the large apartment-sized refrigerator in our room.

The towels were quite thin and looked a little shabby for the quality of the room.

The room had everything I needed. It had a fridge and microwave.
