The staff Jessica she was pretty amazing she was very helpful with any questions I had and very caring and she made sure to show me the attention that was needed to fulfill my needs

I didn't get extra towels like I liked but it was a spur of the moment show up, it would make it a ten if they had breakfast

It's always comfortable and clean, staff is great, nice stay.

Nothing due to the hotel itself or the staff. But the individual that stayed in our room previously stole the box to watch tv and broke the microwave.When pointed out they moved us to another room immediately.

Everyone has been very nice. The first two nights we stayed the heater in the pool was broke, staff was quick to let us know when it was back up and warm. Also because we travel with my husband for work, we never know how long we will be in one area. We were to check out one day but the job was not finished so we needed to stay longer, when I realized my husband accidentally took my bank card to work with him along with his, the staff was very helpful by allowing my daughter and I to stay booked in our room until my husband got back for us to pay for the rest of the time we will be here. If his work ever bring us back to the area, we will definitely stay again!

Right now they are remodeling and getting new employees. The kitchen is not open at this time, however it is still a very nice place to stay. This is my family's second time staying at this hotel and we enjoy it.

There's not anything that I didn't like about the hotel. Staff is nice and will answer questions and try to accommodate you and provide what you need. They are always friendly and smiling. The guy that is doing all the remodeling is also very nice and polite.

Pool side Doors need work .... Shower Heads need replaced but Hotel is pretty quiet The Reservation is easy online

No staff for help none of the numbers work. black mold in bathroom when I mentioned it to the worker he said they are all like that not comforting

There was no breakfast provided. The room was fine except there was no cable box and one was never provided even after asking for it so we could not watch TV.

Breakfast could have been offered as it advertised.
