Appearance was nice

The ac was pretend, it barely pushed out any cold air. We used a personal fan that we travel with. Receptionist offered to move us, but my husband didn’t feel it was any better. I really hate to complain, but if I don’t tell someone who could make a difference, then why complain at all. We stayed at the Best Western in Denver last year and it truly was so very nice, exceptional.

The 4 tiny pillows on the king size bed were not big enough. It made for an uncomfortable night sleeping for someone who needs to have their head elevated even a little bit. Also, breakfast was nice, but very bland.

Excellent property for the price. Easy off/on expressway and property was very clean. I wish they would start breakfast at 6 am as we had a long drive that day.

First, we were supposed to have room with a walk-in shower. The air conditioner didn't work had to move.
