Unfortunately the day we were set to check in for a ball game weekend, I got a call stating the Queen suite we booked was out of commission due to a leaking shower. Because we were a big family, a standard Queen room would not work. They allowed us to still get the Queen suite and tacked on the adjoining standard Queen room with a working shower which was awesome. Also for the inconvenience they gave us breakfast vouchers for our stay and a credit to use in restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even tho we were rained out of all games the weekend!!

Good, secure location. Very nice dining room although we did not eat there. Good shower—excellent water pressure and heat.

Room hallways were very warm—seemingly no air conditioning; little air circulation. King bed was very uncomfortable—too firm. At 7a, there was not self-serve coffee setup and available in the dining room. Had to wait for cup of coffee to be served from the kitchen (very friendly, accommodating server). Would prefer to get my own. Nothing inexpensive about an overnight stay there—$200 including all the added taxes.

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were very courteous. Breakfast was ala-carte, which is MUCH better than the usual waffle iron and cold cereal. Close to I-10 for easy on and off to keep moving. My stay was so good I decided to join the rewards program and will always look for Holiday Inns first, in the future.

Parking was a little limited for my UHaul with a trailer, but it worked out.

First room-424-did not lock from outside. Housekeeping staff called manager who came and had us moved to 423 with NO problem. All 3 housekeeping were VERY nice and helpful. Problem solved immediately! Excellent!

The staff here were so nice. The chef came out and greeted us in the restaurant/bar area and made sure we were 100% happy with our food and service. Everyone was kind, property was clean, would for sure stay here again!

I loved that this hotel had a bar. We just came from a wedding and we wanted a chill atmosphere to have a drink. We also loved that there was a restaurant inside the hotel. I had a crap queso dip and it was so good!

We really don't have any complaints. We did get a complimentary breakfast card to use at the restaurant. The instructions weren't really clear but I think it was just for an entree. We were supposed to pay for our drinks and side items but the waitress didn't like how it came out and didn't charge us.

Very nice property, nice rooms, good bed, nice restaurant and bar.

The exercise room was too warm, must have been 80 degrees. The treadmills were broken. The heat and ac in the rooms were very strange. Turn it off it would be 75 degrees, had to run the ac to get the room to be at 70 degrees.

The restaurant at the location the first night of our arrival was wonderful. The foo, the drink the prices everything great. The breakfast food was not as good and the gravy tasted like it came out of a can.

The size of the room and the comfort level was great.

nice, clean hotel room. the shower was handicapped accessible and spacious.

the air conditioning was not as effective as it could have been. the shower leaked into the main floor of the bathroom. but all tile. so ok.

We have stayed here several times. Nice location, professional staff. Nice bar and restaurant.

The WiFi would kick us off every 30 minutes or so. The towels are very rough and scratchy.
