Everything, Everyone was so helpful and very very nice and greeted you were you were, I am on oxygen and my sister has a broken leg and we had 3 kids that had a Blast, especially the pool for the kids, next I will book a handicap room, but when checking out I had a wagon that was packed with our stuff and a cart full and other stuff to load up in my car, and when I was coming out of our room a lil worker was coming inside where we was staying, and I had a wagon full a cart full and others that didn't fit on the cart and this employee was nice that brought everything to my car and also loaded my car for me, and he would not take no money from me at all and look I had a filled lil suv, pack, I sure wish they had more people like that in this world, God Bless Him I am looking a booking for the end of the month again, I will be staying there from now on, you will be seeing me again Thanks to the staff

The scenery from our room was awesome. there was an alligator right outside our window The staff was great i love the spa across the street. Everything was close and walking distance, Walmart, Burlington's everything, our main reasoning for coming was the bowling alley and it was right around the corner. We will be staying there again next year.For the next tournament,

I didn't like the fact you didn't have complimentary breakfast in a laundry room other than that, everything was great

Would have been nice to have in house breakfast.,maybe a little thicker mattress in couch. Bdr door didn't shut completely and there were drainage problems in kitchen and bathroom. They immediately put us in another rm because of drainage.they are beginning to remodel and fix all up.they were great, I have no complaints

The location of the hotel was close to the event I was attending

My reservation didn’t show up in their computer. I had confirmed email and showed them with the number. It still didn’t show up! Finally, nice lady at desk checked further and found my reservation. My name had been reversed somehow?? The room I had wasn’t available, but they got me another room thankfully!

Clean. Comfortable beds. Daytime staff was really great.

Evening staff who handled check in was rude. Double charged us… which the day staff caught and corrected. Sent us off with two key cards that didn’t open the door.

Clean facilities and friendly staff! It was very nice to have complimentary use of the laundry room! Having a small kitchenette in our room was also very convenient!

The room was clean. Staff was nice. The room had a nice view of the marsh behind the hotel. Room was what I expected. I liked the accommodations. They had some nice things to offer.

Housekeeping tried to walk in my room 30-45 minutes before checkout. I was indecent and I didn't appreciate it. They barely knocked and then before I could even give a response they tried opening my door. I had the do not disturb sign posted outside even with the sign they tried to walk in on me and my family. They were also rude about it. That's not professional by any means. Also my sheets were stained which I didn't like. Pool wasn't open. Other than that. My stay was good.

I have stayed here several times and it is convenient for my fishing trip, and also the space that I require is always perfect.

I would like to see it be a better value, but I also do understand because the rooms are sweets and this property is used a lot for oil and gas companies.

Conveniently located next to shopping and restaurants and surgical center. Clean and cold rooms HOT water. Staff was the most amazing part. All the front desk ladies and housekeeping were more than exceptional.

The bed was a little hard. The walls are thin, I could hear the people above moving around.
