Breakfast was good and plenty for seating and options. The room was clean and updated.

The attendant at the front desk was rude and just sat on the phone while she was checking us in. She was using foul and inappropriate language on the phone while she was attending to us. The lobby was loud, and a people were just hanging out at the desk. room smelled like fish. It was clean and comfortable in the room except for you could tell the door had been kicked in before and not fixed. The halls were loud and there was a lot of outside noise also.

The staff who greeted me upon my late arrival was understanding and generous. The staff on duty at the front desk me in the morning went way out of her way to help me. I have never been treated better by hotel personnel. Their kindness made a frustrating situation of cancelled flights bearable and I have good memories of my time in Shreveport as a result.

I wish there was some official shuttle to and from the airport.

Great price. Customer service check in and check out was on point. They were very polite. House keeping staff was quick to fix our issue.

Our room didn’t have enough towels for 2 people staying 2 nights. No do not disturb sign to hang on the door. Did not like continental breakfast.

two lamps did not work in the room. In the bathroom you could see it wasn't swiped correctly There gym equipment didnt work & there wasn't enough light.

super comfy and quiet.the receptionist was amazing she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable I believe her name was Katrina.

the bathtub was rusty and water will come out yellow at the beginning. breakfast options way too limited for being such a beautiful eating area

I was told. I can use my triple. A discount and that wasn't the case. I spoke to the general manager about my discount. She said she would call me back and she never did. I did not like that.

I didn’t like the fact the location kinda in a rough environment but hotel most definitely deserves a better location the management or supervisor was true B!TCH. Her attitude very nasty.

Very nice room quite very relaxing only one thing wrong the hot water there was none had to take Luke warm shower otherwise it was a great stay will be back in the future thank you.

Do to renovation , it was hot breakfast you can self make with supplied ovens, I had toast, yogurt granola, orange apple juice. Thank you

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The guest let their children yell and running for hours next to my room, but this is no reflection on the hotel.
