The location was convenient to food and retail. It was 5-10 minutes to downtown and Stephen King’s house. The place was very clean and the suite had a separate seating area/sofa bed which was nice. The couch was comfortable. It was nice to be able to sign into our Disney + account on the TV. The breakfast was good - eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, omelettes to order, yogurt, pastries. There was free coffee and ice water in the lobby. The pool was good and open both early and late.

The sofa bed was not the most comfortable (are they ever?) but my kid slept fine on it. My only issue was I called for room service and no one answered the phone.

I prefer a location where it's possible to walk to nearby stores, etc., but the location was convenient to the highway. The hotel lobby is lovely- nothing fancy but with a warm gas fireplace and super comfortable and cozy seating.

The breakfast situation was confusing. We had a free breakfast buffet which was very good, but we were presented with a "bill" on which we provided our room number and were asked to leave a tip. Waitstaff poured coffee and were quite attentive, but I didn't love being hit up for a tip for a free breakfast buffet. We left one in appreciation of the staff, but it was not the typical free breakfast that I've experienced elsewhere.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a lot of selections. My room was comfortable and welcoming. I really liked the fact that you can log into Netflix or Hulu giving you more to watch than regular cable.

Everything was good for me, there was some hair in the bathroom, but being a former housekeeper myself I know that it can be missed sometimes.

Good was awesome! The waitress was great too!

It was still early in the evening, and the bar tender was rushing my partner and I. Asking more than 3 times within 10 minutes if we wanted to settle our bill, and referenced that we could take our drinks to our room. We were trying to just enjoy our time and have a good conversation. Definitely a mood killer. Seemed like she had somewhere else to be.

We utilized room service and had a meal delivered to our hotel room after a late check-in. It was nice they still served us so close to closing time. Staff was nice and didn't seem bothered.

We didn't like that breakfast wasn't included. After spending over $600 for the room for 2 days, we were a little alarmed that a breakfast buffet for 2 adults and 2 kids ran us almost $60. Our last day, we went somewhere else. Fortunately, once again, the restaurant staff was incredible. One young woman in a foot brace was waiting tables all by herself. Despite being busy, she still made friendly conversation with my two young children.

We were out late and missed the breakfast which ended at 10:00. We checked out at 11:00 AM. We were very please with the service in the restaurant/bar while we were waiting for our Uber to arrive. Bartender and guests were great.

Everything was great. Wish we could have had the breakfast however we were out late at a concert so checked out at 11:00 am. The service & staff was great.

Breakfast and dinner available are nice. We like the hot tub and pool when we visit.

We noticed fewer offerings with food for breakfast. We visit the area a couple of times a year and noticed a change in offerings, no Muffins, previously it seems there was larger assortment of fruits and larger offerings of cereal and bread. Still the breakfast was fine.

Staff was very kind, lobby clean and very welcoming.

We could hear the neighbors TV so had to run sound machine. Shampoo and conditioner were not full, thankfully I brought my own. It was pretty chilly and there were no extra blankets in the closet. For the price of over 300$ per night these things should not be an issue.

We've stayed at this Hilton several times. Our son has been attending the University of Maine for the past 4 years. It was finally time to pick him up one last time. Our stay was as amazing as always. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was wonderful and extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and beautiful.

The room that we booked was somehow not available when we got there. Which was not cool being that we just drove over 8 hours.
