. I loved the staff, as soon as I walked in They were friendly & even if something wasn't correct on their end, it wasn't any trouble for them to fix any mistakes.

I didn't like that the snack bar didn't have a door that you had to use your key card to access, not always were there people at the desk 24/7 but they were close to the desk very busy I have a teenager with special needs who could quickly grab something being sneaky. In the end, it ended up making charges to my card & my stay over my budget I WOULD STAY AGAIN MOST DEFINITELY, & HIGLY RECOMMEND REGARDLESS OF HAVING MINOR ISSUES THE 1BR KING SUITE I PAYED TOP $$ FOR, COME TO FIND OUT THE 1ST DAY THERE I HAD A BROKEN ICE MAKER 🧊 THATNEVER WASN'T FIXED AFTER I LET MAINTENANCE KNEW. THIS WAS A 4 NIGHT STAY & THE PHONE WOULDN'T DIAL OUT TO MAKE AMY KIND OF CALLS AFTER I HAD A ACCIDNT WITH MY CELL BREAKING.

The proximity to the highway, the ample close parking spaces to my room, the comfortable bed, the complimentary breakfast, the spacious room, the friendly staff, especially Edith in the dining area, who provided a warm, kind good morning greeting and made sure our breakfast area was maintained and top-notch as well as Sam at the front desk, when we first checked in who was cheerful upon our arrival and knowledgeable. Good value overall.

Very close to the hospital that we needed to go to. Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Had a family emergency and had to leave earlier then planned and they offered us late checkout which helped so much

Really nice place! Super friendly staff, from front desk to Edith the breakfast lady. Very quiet room, so perfect sleep. Kitchen is well-equipped. Good wifi, had a video conference in my room and it worked well. Everything very spacious. Great stay!

very clean. ALL OF THE STAFF WAS SUPER. Larry who checked us in was super kind, accommodating and very knowledgeable of he hotel and amenities the Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast crew was beyond our expectations. they checked on us. kept everything clean, socialized with our family and made us feel welcome My absolute most favorite staff member was the “Trash man”. I believe he was a janitor. he kept everything immaculate and even sang while he did it. made my day!!
